A replacement canopy was ordered after it was found to be several inches short

You can't fit that much in it. The seller responded with an auto response when I contacted him. It is a poor quality product and I don't expect it to last long.
My frame is 10x20. There is a 6 inch gap between the canopy and the ground. I'm not satisfied!.
