You will receive only the cover kit - the frame is not included. These replacement cover kits are manufactured by ShelterLogic, and they are meant ONLY to replace the frames on ShelterLogic models. Not included is the frame. This item is only the cover for it. Winterized frames can take the weight of better quality covers, and better quality covers are more durable.

After 19 months of replacement, the problem was fixed

It lasted four years in its original form. Not a single thing to be happy about. This replacement cover lasted 19 months instead of 4 years as the original cover. There was a shelter in the same spot on the property under the same kind of stress and it has been shown to be a complete failure. When the original building stood, it sustained a severe storm that uprooted trees up to 50 feet high. During normal weather conditions, the replacement failed to function- The situation has not changed in any significant way- A lot of storms, a lot of snow and a lot of sun are unlikely (the shelter has always been located next to trees to protect from wind and UV radiation). This warranty is only good for one year, of course. That's always the way it is, isn't it?.

Even though I had a lot of trouble installing it myself, I managed to do so. As soon as I was ready, I would have liked to have two others assist me, but they were not available at that time. With my frame I have added corner bracing and added a 6' high wood frame at the back. Anchored to 2 by 4s on concrete piers, it is anchored to PT 2x4. The floor of my house has pavers.

We upgraded to the heavy duty model that is guaranteed for 10 years after replacing the original model that only lasted two It has a very high quality to it, and we are very pleased with it. It took us longer than we thought to get the product, and we had to reorder since it wasn't available within the 30-day period. When I contacted the company, I noticed that the price had gone up, and they honored the original sale price, saving As well as being very professional, they returned my calls and knew exactly what I needed. They would definitely be my first choice for future orders. It has only been a couple months so we are unsure how well it will hold up, but we are very pleased with it so far.
