I cannot provide this information as we have not received our carport yet? So far, only one box has been sent.
It's hard for me to say for sure, to be honest! As long as it gets 3" of snow it should be fine, anything more I would not trust.
Often they can be found for a good price if you visit the seller's site and look at what they have to offer

The extra braces attracted me to this item, but they will need to be retrofitted by drilling holes and adding bolts and nuts on both ends of each brace in order to secure them securely. It is important to do this because if you do not the braces will flop around or get twisted, which will result in the canopy becoming unbalanced or crooked. Putting corner braces on a car is a tricky business if they are not done precisely. There is a downside to these ones as they are not precise. However, they can be retrofitted to make them secure if desired. However, I fail to understand why they did not do precision predrilling before putting the braces on. In addition to that, I think the material quality is fine. When the team arrived, four of the poles were defective, and the tarp had a small hole. The hole in the pole is on a piece of high tension, so it will need to be replaced with the pole. I received an email response quickly from customer service. Once the issue has been resolved, I will post an update. As of now, I have a 90% assembled tarp that is flimsy, so my situation is as follows
update Eventually, I received all parts, but it took a while. Customer service is responsive, but it still took 3 weeks for the problem to be resolved.
Getting this for my boat was the best decision I made. Package and top I received from Peaktop Outdoor were marked with the brand name. When I made this purchase, I did not know what to expect. It was a pleasant surprise to see everything so clearly labeled and the instructions clearly written. In my case, I chose the reinforced version with 8 legs. clip-in assembly system makes assembling the frame a breeze, and the frame appears to be quite Bungie cords make mounting the roof tarp simple, and the tarp sits tightly on the roof. By the way, these little bungies will be easy to replace if necessary. While not flimsy, the tarp could be thicker if it weren't so thin. As I look at it, I guess I'll have to There will be a time when you have to replace any tarp. Finding a replacement for this is unlikely to be a simple task. Assembling the top is not quite clear, as it is best to put the tarp on first and then add the legs. The tarp should be put on before the legs, and then the top should be put on top of The assembly part of the project took two people. The additional challenge was that I needed to place the unit directly next to my garage, so it was difficult to do. I was able to kind-of kinda spread the frame out, which was good, since my son and I were able- Place it in place by walking it in. For the bolts that fix the legs into the foot pads, I used thicker nuts so that there would not be any wiggle. To attach the legs to the blocks, I opted to set them on concrete landscape blocks and attach them Although I enjoy the higher than expected height (about 4'), I did not anticipate this to be so difficult. After using up three carbide drill bits, I was only able to insert one good screw into each I may have added epoxy to affix them to the base and to the rest of the sides, but I believe it was unnecessary. It would have been better to use 4x4 wood posts laid along the garage which would have been more secure and would not interfere with walking through the garage.
As I looked at the design of the product, I noticed that it looked quite durable. My initial assumption turned out to be right when I installed it. It was built very robustly and was easy to assemble. The tropical system appeared to be having issues before it could be anchored to the driveway, so a couple of poles were When I contacted customer service so that I could order replacement poles, I was told that they would send them at no cost to me. As I was willing to pay for them, they took care of me at no cost. This is excellent customer service! You are doing a good job, so keep it up.
Having said that, the assembly of this product wasn't difficult, but I should have done a VERY thorough inspection of each part before assembling. The horizontal bar of one of the horizontal bars had a slight dent at the midpoint of it after I assembled the carport. Its dented area was of course the first place that buckled when the first strong gust of wind hit. It is important to contact the manufacturer if there are any missing or damaged parts, not the seller, as stated in the directions. When I looked up the manufacturer's website, I was disappointed to find that there wasn't one listed A phone number and an email are all that is needed. Calls to this number go straight to voicemail, no matter what time of day they are made. An email has been sent, but I have not yet heard back from the recipient. In the end, I am thinking of fabricating a replacement for my battery - I do not know how to go about that - There are a few things I can do, and a few that I shouldn't have to.
I was able to set this up in no time. It took about 30 minutes for my wife and me to complete. Our first monsoon in Arizona didn't break it. It's only been up a week since it arrived, but it's definitely needed in the AZ sun.
It has cross bars for more stability, bags for sand to keep everything in place, and pole covers for safety. The entire process took my husband and me about one hour with the help of a third person when we needed it. However, we found that we needed extra people because we decided to build the structure in the shade and then move it to the driveway in the sunshine. This product has been very well received by us.
The product is of excellent quality The shelter is already able to handle wind gusts of more than She hasn't moved or shown any indication that she is stressed. I am very satisfied.
In the history of covers, this was by a long shot the best. It is made of good quality materials. As with a tarp, the cover protects the surface.
