Excellent service when it comes to tents. Make sure you can use the tent in the application you intended for it. (For the price) I am very satisfied with the quality of construction of this tent. In other words, this is not a commercial grade tent, so comparing it to one would be unfair. As a result, I would rate this tent as high-quality It is of the highest quality for consumers. My impressions of this tent stem from a couple of things. In order to maintain stability, it is necessary to keep the legs still. With the 20x13 tent, the wind just seems to pick up the tent There is no such thing as enough sandbags. Exactly what you need will be determined by your terrain. Staking it down and anchoring it to soil will A concrete foundation was established for the legs. Despite that, it is important to do more. The corners of each box are being fixed in to concrete using Rhino straps. On the inside of the four legs I did the same thing. Well, now we have the frame, which was necessary at that point, but that is Strong winds will not hold the tarp firmly in place. It takes about five seconds for the grommets to withdraw from the tarp The force is about 10 lbs The solution I took was to use extra wide gorilla tape from Home Depot to tap over the grommets and to poke a hole in the middle, where the grommet was. A gusty wind won't blow this away. This tent is a consumer model, but with these modifications which cost me about $100 extra and a few hours of my time, I was able to get a sturdy tent for a fraction of the cost of one that would have cost me $1,500 or more.
After receiving the tent and having a friend help me assemble it, the tent was assembled in a few hours as instructed, all the parts were well packaged and the instructions were The tent came with a set of rebar anchors which did not hold up to the first mild wind storm. At least one reviewer suggested me getting another set, which I ordered but not in time. Several others posted reviews about how well theirs held up. Basically, the wind ripped the corkscrew anchors out with the help of the very thin base anchors that allowed wind to enter. When the tent was a parachute, the thin base anchors allowed wind to enter under it. After finding it upside down on top of an outbuilding the following morning, I went back for it. I have good news to share with you. Upon contacting the company, the customer service was excellent. I sent a few pictures, a list of the damaged parts and they delivered them immediately! I had a great experience dealing with this company. A new tent was built, rebar anchors were added, and a few extras were added in order to make it more sturdy. The base anchors on the stock version need upgrading, although it appears well made. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this product as well as the company because of their superior customer service!.
This is fantastic. It measures 13'x20' and I purchased it. In general, assembling this product was relatively straightforward, though I had to use my own screwdriver because they sent the wrong number of screws. A pre-inspection also did not take place Drilled holes as well, but had to make them myself. As a result of the first storm, the tent came down. In addition to crashing, the tent's lines snapped and the pins holding it down tore asunder, and the twisty pins even popped It is not sufficient to support and hold down a tent of this size. Currently, I am trying to get replacement poles for the ones that bent (since they advertise a warranty of 1 year), but it will take some time. One positive aspect (and the reason it got a two instead of a one) was that the canvas did not tear even though the tent fell and the galvanized poles In terms of the tent itself, I was impressed. We did not get a chance to attach cement to it or support it with Hopefully we will be able to do that this time- Therefore, a word of advice for anyone else it is important to ensure the ground has time to properly secure the stake. They don't work for anything with the support they send. You can feel the breeze, even a light one. On the week following everyone to know that I had the issue above and that I contacted customer service and that they responded within 24 hours. It has already arrived that my replacement parts will arrive. I even received the parts on a Sunday, and everything was as it should be. I have to give the company a 5 star on its customer service as well as its swift response and that they really did honor their warranty. We thank the company for their assistance! It is now possible for me to The construction will be the same, but the reinforcement will be quite different.
I would give the product a 3 without additional reimbursement, but I would give the company a 5 for its.
I would buy it again, as I have two of them and they are just what I need. This kind of cover is used at our Moutian property to protect us from the elements, store our tractor in winter, and serve as a shelter for our tent in the summer. Despite their heavy weight, they are durable and stand up well to extreme temperatures no matter what. In 2019, we purchased one and in 2020 we purchased another. There were instructions that were easy to understand and precise in what had to be done. These were erected in about an hour with the help of 6 people. (Each unit is 13x20 feet. It is not the smallest of the machines)
We contacted customer service about an issue we were having, and they helped us resolve the problem. Despite the time difference between the two of us, they followed up timely. We may be in different time zones so there may have been delays in responses for a few hours, but this company is serious about ensuring that the customer is totally satisfied at the end of the day. A person seeking help and not being able to receive it is the worst. Our trailer will be parked in another similar unit which we are considering buying. The company will be my first choice for ordering.
Also, the assembly was not difficult. The process took about one minute. The entire process took five hours. It was up for about 4 months, there were weight bags on each leg of the posts. The wind bent 4 posts in a bad storm. There is a ripped back door and multiple bungees that are useless now. After contacting customer service, I have only received great customer service. It was at no cost to me to replace the 4 posts, the back door, and the bungees. I cannot believe how great the service was. Lastly, the customer service team followed up to ensure that I had received all of the items. I was extremely impressed with the ‘GREEN’ service rep. Despite all of the hassles, they backed up their warranty.
The purpose of this little structure is to shade my llamas and alpacas from the sun during the hot Texas summers. This is a huge hit with them! It only took two people a short time to assemble it. I must say that it is heavy duty and very I'm very pleased with it and so is my herd. Sincerely, Jenna is a Rock Star when it comes to customer service.
