The excitement of buying something that is supposed to be assembled and ready to use is indescribable Several years can pass before a replacement is needed. Good product, however we are disappointed that the gray stripe is going across the carport instead of white. There are no nests in the ridge panels and they weren't packaged well enough to prevent distortion during transit. Then I hammered them with a dead blow with a block of hard wood to bring them back in place snugly. Apart from that, assembly goes exactly as shown in There is one thing worth mentioning, the end base parts are about 1/4" short because the sockets for the uprights are placed about that much inboard. Before screwing in the screws, MASSIVELY make sure the sockets are spaced evenly. When installing the screws, I tightened them before and during the installation process for the inner ones.
