If the provided hardware had not been so bad, this would have been a five-star review. Because the nuts and bolts could not be tightened sufficiently, there was a 1/4" - 1/2" gap. The joints have a 1/2" gap between them. It was so wobbly that I was surprised it didn't fall over. So that I could use it, I had to replace all of the hardware with pieces that actually fit.

This is a VERY cheaply made rack, as others have stated. The horizontal framework's legs are square tubes that have been notched and bent 90 degrees, with a couple of tiny spot welds. There are no seams. The same can be said for the vertical end pieces. There isn't a single weld that is completely complete. The bolts and nuts are functional, but they are merely standard hex bolts. Indoors, it is not particularly appealing. The stamped "wrenchs" that came with it, to use a loose term, are worthless. br>It isn't particularly sturdy, and I doubt it could support a full load of large stovewood splits (by volume). br>A few people have expressed concerns about how much (or how little) this product can hold. It would not hold 1/4 cord of wood, according to one reviewer. He's right, but why does he think he can fit 1/4 cord into a 30x30 inch rack? People appear to have wildly divergent ideas about what constitutes a "cord. " They don't realize it's a legal unit of measurement that equals 128 cubic feet of volume. br>The only reason I keep it is that it serves my purpose (holding kindling and small rounds) and fits in the space I require- I can also finish the shoddy welding and tie it all together with a top crossmember. I should have just made my own at the end of the day.

Don't waste your time or money on this. There is a low cost option. After that, there's this. The term "cheap" has taken on a whole new meaning for me. The seams on this thing aren't even welded. To make the bends, they took a piece of square bar, notched it, and bent it over, only using epoxy on the inside, resulting in open seams at every corner. This is Chinese low-cost at its most basic level, and yes, it's true. I can say that because it was made in China.

It may appear to be poorly constructed, with some joints that could have been fully welded but were instead left partially open, allowing moisture to seep into the steel bars, but it is actually quite sturdy when bolts and nuts are properly tightened. I've filled it with wood all the way up to the tops of the ends, and it's not bending in any way. I'm not sure I'll use the built-in hooks because they aren't tall enough to hold my firepit tools. But this appears to be exactly what we needed, a container large enough to hold about 100 pieces of split wood, and I believe it represents excellent value for money. Even if it rusts out in a few years, the time I saved by not having to build one myself was well worth it.

Fender washers were added to the supplied bolts (regular washers were too thick for bolts), allowing me to tighten the bolts sufficiently without crushing the metal. It's not as heavy a metal as I'd use to make one myself, but for the price, I can't afford to buy it and fabricate one.

This is a cheaply made wood rack that I wouldn't buy for storing firewood, but it works perfectly for storing kindling in my garage. It's made of cut and bent square metal tubing, but it isn't welded, as other reviewers have mentioned. Perfect for the garage or a covered deck/patio, but not so much for the interior.

I'm very happy. I like the product, but the delivery was out of this world. They attempted to deliver it to a drop-off location rather than my house. 20 miles away, in a different village, there is a drop-off point. Then, two days later, they tried to deliver it to the nearest grocery store, which was 15 kilometers away from my house. After making several phone calls to locate it and then driving to the village grocer to pick it up, I was able to retrieve it there myself. As I previously stated - a fantastic product Not so much when it comes to delivery.

I chose the three-foot version. It's simple to set up. With an Allen wrench, I was able to reach a distance of approximately 20 meters. It's built to hold a lot of logs and is very sturdy. I got about 35 splits, but I think I could fit 50. It has three prongs for hanging tools and is elevated above the ground.
