It can store enough wood for a whole evening. I've stacked the top rack above the top bars and used the bottom rack for firewood as well, and it feels very sturdy. The metal finish appears to be durable, and I had no concerns about the wood rubbing against it or banging against it. The tools are extremely durable and appear to be well-made after several uses. This product will satisfy you, and I strongly suggest it.
The materials are substantial and do not appear to be of low quality. It takes only a few minutes to put together and can be completed by one person. I like having a separate shelf for kindling on the bottom and logs on top, and the hooks that hold the tools are large enough that you can double up if you want to hang all four tools on one side. This item is extremely durable. I strongly advise you to do so.
It's of excellent quality and construction. We chose this one because it came with the fire place accessories, which are attached to the sides. It's also big enough to hold enough wood for a day or two (depending on how much you burn) and small enough to fit in my not-so-large living room; I'd recommend it to a friend!.
Except for one minor flaw, I would have given this a five-star rating. A two-inch-long scratched area can be found on one side. I would have given this item a five-star rating if it weren't for that. We have a small wood stove in the house, and I wanted to replace the wood holder I was using with something more durable and convenient to use. This is a perfect example of what I'm talking about. On the lower shelf, I can store kindling and small pieces of wood, while on the top shelf, I can store larger pieces. When I'm using the stove, it's much easier for me to get the right size wood. This holder is a substantial piece that serves its purpose well. The equipment was also of high quality. The tool for moving wood in the stove is one of my favorites. This allows me to hold the wood and place it precisely where I want it without it slipping.
This was purchased to go next to my wood stove. Along with the wood storage, I needed fireplace tools. I looked at separate sets of tools and racks, and purchasing them separately would have cost a lot more money. This is a good deal for both of them. It's of excellent quality. It is stable and does not sway. The weight of the tools is considerable. They don't have the feel of toys. It has enough wood for a couple of nights and a boatload of kindling for me. It appears that the set is in good condition. made. It's the perfect size: neither too big nor too small. It was also very simple to put together. br>br> It does not come with any tools to put it together. When putting it together, you'll need a screwdriver, an adjustable or open-end wrench, and pliers. Bolts and nuts hold the unit together, and you'll want to make sure they're tight enough so it doesn't wobble. This purchase made me very happy. br>br> I'd buy it again and recommend it to others without hesitation.
It has a nice appearance, is sturdy, and the log grabber tool is a great addition. Once I put it together, it didn't wobble in the least. In any case, if there is weight on it, I doubt it wobbles much, if at all. Because of the tools I had on hand, it took me about 15 minutes to put together, but with the right tools, I think you could do it in 5 minutes. The only suggestion I have is that the screw and nut sizes be included in the instructions.
This is pretty much exactly what the description says, and I agree with the majority of the other reviews. It's well-made and simple to put together. It's big enough to hold a lot of wood. I put four standard-size bundles of wood in it, the kind you'd find at a grocery or convenience store. It was packed to the brim, but it managed to contain everything. I suppose it depends on the size of the split logs, but the majority of them were of a medium size. The brush's bristles are a little flimsy, which is the only negative I can think of. When I first used it, several of the bristles came loose. I don't think it's a long-lasting tool, but it looks good and goes with the rest of the set. When I need to sweep ashes, I'll probably use a different broom because I don't think this one will last long, but the other tools are fine and do the job. If all you need is a small, plain wood rack that looks good, this is the one to get.
It is a lie to say that the description is accurate. It's a beautiful rack. It has a large capacity and can hold a significant amount of wood. This, however, isn't made of wrought iron. It's made of a gleaming silver metal that's been painted over. After a year of heavy use, the paint on the shovel began to peel away, revealing their deception. This is a piece of regular metal with a thick coat of paint on top of it. Their deception was exposed after a year of shoveling hot coals. Take a look at my photo.
