In an unusual hail storm, our tall fire pit's cover was ripped off. The covers are excellent. We are extremely pleased with them. Another one was needed for a cooler, so we purchased one of these covers. The cover of that book will also be reviewed by me. Unlike the cover that came with our fire pit, these covers are heavy and not paper thin. I find that it keeps water away from the things I cover very well. This cover was on Amazon and I thought that it would be good to cover my charger outside, and it fit well, but the first time I used it the rain began to fall, so I got the cover over the charger and it began to rain harder, but my charger stayed dry all through. The cover I received was just what I was looking for. This had nothing to do with the use of the device, so I was unable to detect any warmth.

I purchased 3 of them. As the weather warms up, it seems like they become brittle, and when it rains the water is on top, so it seems easier to rip. In years past, I did not take the covers off as I never used them. insist on getting these, I recommend getting an extended warranty for replacement if it's offered.
