It is possible to wipe it off, but since it is a heavy treated canvas you will need to be very careful. My guess is that it can't be machine washed.

I just measured the cover from seam to seam and it is 32 X 32, so it should fit fine. This is not your typical soft plastic cover, which is very heavy duty.

A maximum temperature of 90 degrees F was never reached during the day. This cover no longer leaves the fire pit dry, and it also made a mess on the ground. A refund will be given on the return of the product.
It fit perfectly. The material seems to be very heavy and it fits perfectly. I can't say how well it will hold up to the weather yet, but it is strong and looks very professional. if it helps, the dimensions of my fire pit are 24 H x 30 W x 30 D.

There are some seams on the shirt that aren't fully waterproof, so I didn't give it five stars. As soon as I took off the cover, I noticed that the table had a small amount of water on it. After examining the cover a little closer, I noticed light was passing through the seams, and discovered that the seams on the stitching do not appear to be well sewn, and in fact allow some water to pass through. As soon as I realize this, I make sure to position the cover so that the stitching lies off to the side of the top rather than directly on top of it. This seems to have done the trick, since I haven't seen any water on the fire table.

In many cases, the outside box or parts of the box are damaged or missing, but it does not affect the goods whatsoever. Although I've never experienced an issue with Amazon Warehouse, most of them are probably returns. Sometimes it can save you quite a bit of money.
Basically, I bought a cover for my propane fire table, which is on my patio when the weather is nice. For the cold winter weather coming soon and general storage of the unit outside, I needed an upgraded version of this. The previous version I had broke apart (sunlight) as the thread was cheap and weak. It was easy to rip or unravel. I now have a better device. As a result, I think this will last for a longer period, and I can "sense" that the material quality, including the drawing, is much better. We put a string on the top of it to keep the wind from blowing it away. My plan is to provide an update on it next season to see how it holds up.
