The material of which it is made? Can you tell me if your material contains zinc? Toxic zinc fumes are produced during the processing of zinc. ?

In other words, it is steel that has been heated to an aluminum-like state An aluminium dip coating is applied to both sides It is an alloy of silicon. The process assures a tight metallurgical bond between the steel sheet and its aluminum coating, resulting in a material with unique properties that neither steel nor aluminum can match on their own. For temperatures below 800 °C (1,470 °F), aluminizened steel shows better corrosion resistance[1]. Steel retains its properties at low temperatures when aluminizened. In household furnaces and commercial rooftop HVAC systems, automotive mufflers, ovens, kitchen ranges, water heaters, fireplaces, barbecue burners, and baking pans, for instance, copper is frequently used as a heat exchanger. Heat is faster transferred to this steel than to most other steels, so it is very useful in heating up things.

There is a Weber performance propane ignitor on our barbecue. What are the chances of this working? How much newspaper do I need to buy?

Thanks for visiting! Our Performer models are indeed compatible with the Rapidfire chimney starter. It's all about the touch With the Go ignition feature, newspapers and Rapidfire would no longer need to be used as fire starters. Thanks a lot!

Do you think this is adequate for smoking a oklahoma smokey joe highland?

Thanks! This chimney starter can hold anywhere from 60 to 100 briquettes, depending on the brand. We do not have any information regarding compatibility with a 3rd party product, but we do know that the starter can accommodate these amounts.

The box it will be delivered in will be what kind? have to buy it for my buddy as a gift. ?

Standard cardboard box about the same size as the product itself

This makes using charcoal a breeze! I've always been a fan of gas grills due to how easy they are to Using this oven is so easy just turn it on, let it get heated up, cook my food, The handling of coals and waste fuel is not allowed
5/5

You won't have any headaches dealing with the red momma flesh - just focus on removing as much of it as you can The steak from the law's house (Why does it have to be well done all the time? after she learns how I prepared it. There's just one problem I love food, and cooking with charcoal creates an unpleasant taste to me (subjective? nutritional value. You need not weep anymore! My old charcoal grill became almost as easy to light as my new propane grill with the chimney starter. It is incredibly easy to light butane-burning charcoal with the chimney starter. This is what I did I followed the instructions that were included, but here is what I did I was given a work assignment of 1
2 - Place the chimney starter on the top of the grill grate (more air flow). Add charcoal to the container
3 GOOGLE " "br>. " up a bunch of newspapers and place them under the charcoal* 1 Get the newspaper into the fire
5 It's as simple as that. Just wait 15 minutes. As you can guess, this grill gets very hot, so put your hands in some BBQ gloves when you dump the coals into it. The product is fantastic. I know I'm late to the party, but the product is absolutely fantastic. I heartily recommend it!.

When lit for the first time, the handle melted
3/5

My first attempt at using this resulted in a melted handle. I have owned other Weber chimneys that have been fine, but this one is nothing to write home about. Just like the directions say, place two Weber starter cubes in the bottom of the grill and cowboy charcoal on top. I put them in the bottom of my Akron Kamado Kooker and came back 15 minutes later to find This is garbage.

Studying Weber is a good idea
5/5

What the thing in the back is for, I do not know, but this is a great piece of equipment. It's not unusual for me to cook with wood that is either baseball or softball sized, such as mesquite, oak, and pecan. Twelve") and get maybe three or four in before Because I am old and still read the newspaper, I have access to plenty of it. The amount of energy required to light one half or one full container is four or five double width sheets individually wadded up. It is possible to fix rivets that have popped due to being heated over and over again in two to three years with a screw and nut until you can purchase a new set. Until now, this unit has taken the longest to disintegrate (although all of them will eventually fall apart). It's common that the handle falls off some lesser units, or the tinder compartment is too small, but that's not the case here.

It is a very good investment
5/5

This chimney has only been with us a few days, but we have used it several times already The only thing I can say is we wish we had purchased it years By not using lighter fluid anymore, and using a lot less charcoal as well, we should be able to pay for it within a few months. I think it's solid- There is no reason to believe that it won't last well since it's not flimsy at all. *** *** - I don't have to worry about charcoal getting all over my hands anymore when stacking- As a result of the chimney's ability to allow air to flow, the charcoal lights more evenly. There are fewer random blocks that don't light or that only light half way since you don't have to worry about that. The time it takes to be ready is pretty quick, *** *** - The light is no longer lit with lighter fluid, and the newspaper and ready-made cubes are no longer used. Please try to be sensible with what you do Common sense dictates that you use it! This chimney will save a lot of money just in lighter fluid, and fewer charcoal will be used, too, so it should quickly pay for itself in savings. I will update this review after we have used it for a while.

The handle is HOT and it is the perfect size
3/5

I didn't expect it to be as good as it was. size, but the handle gets very hot when you're holding it. I would have preferred Weber to have given the item a wooden handle, rather than a hard plastic handle that absorbs.

You never have to use lighter fluid again, and it takes up a fraction of the time of other methods
5/5

One of these has been a dream of mine for quite some time. I was nearly going to buy one from my local home improvement store, but I decided to put it back due to the price. In spite of the fact that this was the same thing here for a lower price, I was surprised. I used it the other day, and I can assure you, if you're looking for the real thing, this thing is it. What took me so long to get one is beyond me. It took less than 10 minutes for this to rock red hot when I put a brown paper bag beneath it as well as wood lump coal. You shouldn't wait any longer. It's just a matter of getting It is actually on my list to get another one for those times when we get out and grill large in parks.

An inexpensive way to start a fireplace I am very happy with this! A chimney starter is what I needed to light my charcoal grill(s)
5/5

It is simple to use and works well. Those who are already familiar with charcoal can skip this section. When lighting charcoal, you do not want to rush the process or you will end up with poor results. Even when you have a non-electric starter, it will serve you well. The following are the instructions for using
Put charcoal inside the chimney starter, but don't overfill it (common sense). To do this, you can burn wood or paper on top of the grill or a nonflammable flat surface. A fire is just about to begin you must place a chimney starter on it You should see your charcoal light up from the bottom after 15 minutes Let the charcoal stay hot and turn a white or grayish color during 20 minutes What you need to do is utilize the two handles on the charcoal starter to dump the charcoal in a recommended location, such as a weber charcoal grill if it has two handles.

The grill is amazing with this addition! I find this invention very interesting! It is no longer necessary for me to store and use dangerously flammable lighter fluid because I can make great results using some leftover packing paper I store inside an outside case and fill it almost to the top (don't overfill it ) with charcoal and light it with a long lighter then wait 10 minutes for all Once you've dumped it out on the coal section and placed the grilling surface on top of it, you're ready to cook! When you light the coals at first, it will smoke quite a bit
5/5

However, once the coals get going, it will stop.
