In normal circumstances, I would have given this 5 stars. One of the filter holders is broken and I would like to get a replacement. The website only offers a few parts that cannot be purchased as replacements. In this case, you are on your own if something goes wrong. Amazon is the site to go for parts, according to the website. I wish you good luck with that, there are just a few things and no real parts! It has cleared my water up perfectly with this filter/UV light pump. I am very frustrated. My heart is warmed. All I want is a holder to put it on. It is possible to have miles of filter, but if the plastic holder breaks, you are left with nothing to hold it. The only thing I hope is that someone from Aquagarden Pennington responds to this review and tells me how foolish I am that it is so easy to get the replacement I need. As soon as I do, I will order 2 and replace this unflattering, negative review with a warm, sunny, and positive one. During the past two years, I have bought products at least once every week, and this is the best product I have ever bought. The program works so well that I wish I had purchased it earlier. Things would have been so much easier for me if that had been the case. There's a 4 year old pond that is 4x7x2 that is about 4 feet deep and roughly 4 feet wide. The size wasn't huge, roughly 143 gallons last time I looked. Approximately 35 or 40 baby koi are on site, as well as a group of of five adult koi that are about 8 inches long. Furthermore, there are two frogs and a turtle that live there. I have no complaints about this pump. The pump works great. It would be more than 5 stars if there was an easier way to find out who to contact for a refund or replacement. I love the way the unit works when it's on. There is a large 30000 square foot warehouse within our company This was a gallon pond that was built into our retaining wall with goldfish AND was used to hold Koi. We had a HUGE goldfish spawn last year, which resulted in over 100 babies to dispose of, on top of the adults we had (around 15). As a result, we decided to make a separate pond just for The challenge last year was to catch them all in our larger pond, but I managed to do it by the end of the summer, and by the end of the year they were all in our smaller pond, which is about 250 feet long, and 40 feet deep. There are 300 gallons in the tank. My wife and I decided to order one of these filters for the smaller pond in 2020 since it seemed perfect for the smaller pond. Due to the fact that it is a relatively small pond with about 10 goldfish, I liked it having the UV filter as well. As well as having a fountainhead, I did not have any movement of the water surface on the right side. Unfortunately it completely stopped working around September around the end of the season. There is no reason for it to be dead, but it certainly is! This is a pity since it was working so well before it went out. We're not sure if we just got a bad one, or if they all conk out at some point, but we'll be looking for a new one again in the spring. And we probably won't spend as much on this one, which was quite pricey! Even with that, we spend a lot of money each year on our ponds, we just need to make sure we know we're getting value for our money. Koi ownership is definitely not a cheap hobby! It's so funny.

There's something seriously wrong with the seal on the UV light on this pump. It would be really great if it wasn't for that. The UV light holder had water in it after several attempts at testing following the initial instructions. As a result of contacting the company, a new seal was sent. The light came back to life after having water in it for three weeks, causing the bulb to burn out again. Many months later, I have not received a response from Pennington despite multiple attempts to reach him. According to that, it has a two-year warranty, but hopefully, it won't take that long for someone to respond to it. As a result, string algae has been growing, so I have returned to use chemical treatments. It costs more than I expected for a pump of this quality.

Having this pond pump in my backyard has been excellent I am as happy as my fish are with it. The pond I'm using is one of the larger prefab ponds from Lowes/HD, at least 175 gallons, and I have an Aqua Garden All-In-One with the pond. I am one of Water moves along on its own when it is moving and is also kept clear when it is clear. I give their customer service five stars as well since it was a smooth and fast transaction. It does it all and is easy to use, so this is a great choice for those looking for it all in one pump.
