The whole thing is a rip-off! We initially had no problems with this, but soon after we installed it we kept losing It kept dropping by several inches each day even after we checked everything over and over again

In the end, we opted to leave it alone, thinking we had a hole in the liner. It is waiting to see how low it will go so maybe we can figure out what happened. The water ran to the bottom of the container. It does not appear to have any ribs, tares, or holes. Through the liner, water is seeping out! You're not getting anything from it! We tried to contact the company, and they didn't respond. It was a waste of money to purchase this liner.

It would have been best if I had listened to my gut feeling and spent the extra money. I also received the rubber liners. I made the same mistake. Please do not make it again. Don't let your money go to waste.
