In the water, there were lots of tiny dead algea particles. This is an awesome set of filters. It went from being cloudy to crystal clear in a single In the beginning, I had to clean the filters several times per day due to the fine particles they trapped. I wash them every week with a hose now that the pond is clear. Using regular filter media to remove bigger particles first, then these filters before the pump, I tap the larger particles. I purchased them to cut down and use as a layer of mechanical filtration at the top of our filter falls unit. ( The bio pad and the bio balls are under it, and this pad is on top as a fines filter that I can easily access). During the spring, our pond receives tannins and pollen from the trees, which fall into the pond from the trees. In just one day, this pad was able to relieve the symptoms! After I rinse and reuse the pads several times before retiring them, the pond stays crystal clear all the time.

What an amazing feat! Filter pads from this company definitely catch more particle debris than my current ones

In order to rid my ponds of annoying floating algae, I purchased these. In order to prepare for the examination, I am using I'm going to add the filter on top of the pad I already have. With the addition of ceramic rings, barley bales, and a UV filter, they catch much more particle debris than my existing filtration pads. I'm already seeing improvement from this method. The following is an update The following are the results after using the Uv filter and these filter pads for four weeks. This problem has been resolved! I have removed all the particles of algae and the very fine sand that was impossible to remove from the water. Presented here are photos taken before and after the transformation. Now you can even read the label on the UV filter. These filter pads are amazing. I cannot say enough about them. What an amazing feat!.

Water filtration really makes a difference in keeping ponds clean

I am happy with it. The skimmer will prevent particles that would otherwise pass through it from getting into the main pool. A technician from Aquascape recommended and installed these when they were cleaning the pond. This year's spring season has been characterized by crystal clear pond water due to the filter.

In spite of its use for clearing up green algae, it performs fairly well for its intended function. You'll have to clean the tub your every few days, at least once a week, but it's well worth it to have clean.

Rewashing in the morning is an excellent choice

This filter removes sediment and is durable. My pond is darker right away if I use it without the quick clean chemical. that I wash these pads every day and use activated charcoal, I have observed improvement in my fish pond. The flow rate of your pump does not change if these pads are used.

Works like a charm! A combination of this and Rapid Clear liquid was bought to clean cloudy, green water in a Rapid Clear was shipped prior to the filter

Since the Rapid Clear worked so well, I did not need it. Just wrap it around the sides and bottom of the filter basket once a day and hose it off. About three to four weeks It took only 4 days to clear the pond!.
