In this case, the thermometer is located in the center of the lid of the grill. In order to order a Weber thermometer for the Genesis Silver B model, where the thermometer is mounted at the edge of the grill, you will need parts
There is no way for me to know. Consider taking a look at the parts list for the E310 and seeing if the part is the same.
You should not use this thermometer on your grill since it is too wide in diameter. Weber 60540 smaller diameter grill thermometer, which is suitable for Weber grills with thermometers on the lid center, you will need if your grill has the thermometer mounted at the center of the lid. It is recommended that you mount your grill thermometer at the right place - The longer probe thermometer is Weber part number 9815, and it is designed to fit just under the edge of the grill lid. In response to your query, I believe the 60540 is the correct thermometer to use with your Genesis Silver C grill. I just need you to double-check Make sure you have a short-probe thermometer that is nested inside a bezel (or frame) in the center of the grill lid.

My order was placed some time ago, and I realized that it was out of the return window. The temp is not even close to being calibrated correctly, I usually forget to inquire about it until now since I have not used it often. As compared to a candy thermometer, I checked the temperature with the Weber and it was 200 degrees hotter than that With my Weber grill set on low and according to the Weber thermometer, I cook over 400 degrees. Weber products are supposed to be made here, but I have used Weber for forty years and am wary of their quality. The box has only been used four or five times, so I understand why you wish to replace it. However, I would accept the replacement regardless of the fact that it has only been used four or five times.
13 years old is the age of our grill. Putting the new thermometer together requires that the old spacer ring, a snap on ring on the back side of the old thermometer, be removed. Using the existing bezel will make it possible to continue using it.
This appears to be the case. I was able to thread the wingnut enough for it to hold, but I think it is shorter than the OEM. In addition, this thermometer does not have the notch that keeps the thermometer aligned like the OEM. Taking out the original wingnut is easy if you follow this advice The wingnut must be twisted vertically rather than horizontally against the hood by using a large enough wrench.
As stated in the product description, there is no tab on the back of the thermometer to prevent the instrument from spinning side to side, which was what the original instrument did. The original is exactly the same apart from that.
On the website it is described.
There was a problem with our barbecue. I installed it myself in just a few minutes and it worked really well!.
A centering tab was also not included in the price of the item since the manufacturer wouldn't add a dollar to it. If you do it blindly, it isn't all that necessary. Now, we seem to be living in a world of mediocrity.
