The Medici Bronze finish is complemented by clear glass.
I used three GE Soft White LED bent tip bulbs that were rated as 60-watt incandescent replacements. I don't recall reading anything about anything that could have been suggested for it.
In my unit, I use LED bulbs. They don't produce a lot of heat at all. If you're using incandescent bulbs, I'm afraid I can't help you.

These were purchased in threes to replace the Progress Lighting P5789- as if they were fixtures that came with my home. I'm not sure if Progress sold the existing lights because several lighting companies appear to be selling the same fixture from the same manufacturer. I needed something more durable because the sockets on my previous fixture were failing, so I went with these. br>br>These are outdoor-rated fixtures, but I installed them in my hallways inside the house. They're well-made, and the sockets are of higher quality than my old fixtures (possibly because they're meant to be used outside). They're a little bigger than I'd like for indoor use, but not by much. br>br>Styling- In terms of appearance, they're quite appealing. Perhaps a touch of the sea. They aren't exactly what I would choose for my entire house, but they work well with what I already have. They'll look nice in the right spot. br>br>Installation went without a hitch. The fixture was a standard screw-in type that went straight into the box. It includes the necessary hardware to perform a center-to-center conversion. If necessary, do so after the installation is complete.
I looked for a flush mount outdoor fixture in the color "stainless/grey" for hours. BINGO! This one is ideal and matches our front door handle as well as the rest of our hardware. By unscrewing the bottom knob, the decorative glass/metal cover of the fixture is released, making it simple to change the bulbs. The bulbs in the previous fixture I had could only be accessed from the bottom. My husband's hands were far too big for this task. I was the only one who could change the bulbs without dismantling the light fixture. Mounting was simple as long as I used a "messenger" string to guide the existing Bracket screws through the insulation and into the fixture. MY NEW DECORATIVE FIXTURE IS AMAZING! It was well worth the money!.
This was used in the kitchen above the table with three GE LED bulbs. It uses less than 35 watts of power to operate. Allows for a lot of light to be spread out over a large area. My wife was pleasantly surprised that I had made such a well-considered purchase. All of the players received a perfect score. The packaging and delivery were excellent. I'm looking forward to not having to change a light bulb for many years.
We needed an outdoor porch light that would match our carriage lights. This was just right, and it turned out beautifully.
This is what I got in bronze for our front porch, and what a difference it makes! It's a fantastic-looking piece of work. VERY nice light, with a good look and a reasonable price. I'll admit that some of the photos made it appear as if the upper pieces of glass were frosted, but they're just as clear as the rest. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase.
This light was purchased for our house's front porch. It looks fantastic! We're glad we bought it.
Well-made, attractive, and joyful.
Beautiful.
