I was sick of our old outdoor carriage lamps, which exposed the light bulb and sprayed light everywhere instead of where it belonged, on the ground. The majority of the outdoor lamps in our neighborhood are similar to that, and they obstruct my night vision - Hundreds of glaring light bulbs are all I can see. The Addington Park units are attractive, and I use a low-watt LED amber bulb in them. The fixture hoods the bulb, resulting in a nice warm pool of light on the ground, where it belongs, rather than blasting into my retinas. It was simple to remove the old fixtures and replace them with the new ones, though the adapter that came with the unit was a little difficult to use with my utility box. One of the four units arrived without the adapter, but Amazon quickly fixed the issue and everything was fine.
The light is fantastic in and of itself. It's of good quality and has a nice design. I had some difficulties with the mounting bracket. It appears to be made for outlet boxes with mounting screws that are vertically aligned. Mine are horizontally aligned. Because of the way the pivot part of the bracket aligns with the actual mounting piece, the adjustable screws could not be sunk far enough to fit flush with the black screw on covers. With a hacksaw, I was able to cut off a portion of the screws. I'd still buy it again because the price is so reasonable for the quality of light.
Modern farmhouse lighting that is beautiful! These are so cute! I love the shape and color! We used these to replace the old pendant lights beneath our awning. I really like how it turned out, and those are some high-quality lights!.
I bought them for my daughter's house, and they look fantastic. br>It gave the house a whole new look.
I put two on each side of my shed, which I remodeled. Set the lights to turn off after a certain amount of time has passed. to be used at night.
I'm in love with this sconce, which we're using in our camper renovation. My husband keeps remarking that it resembles a street lamp, which is a great compliment. It adds a warmth to this small accent wall that I hadn't expected, and it's very easy to install. I'm trying to think of a place in my house where I could put a couple of these.
It has a very fashionable look to it. Our screened-in patio has been remodeled.
I really liked how this fixture made my kitchen look. Yes, I used it indoors rather than outside, and it worked perfectly.
