The third wiggler I'm going to buy is here soon. According to me, they only work about a year at a time. Because our birdbath is in the shade, we cannot use a solar device. It is a good product, however I wish the battery would last for a longer period of time. In case you are handy, there are plenty of good suggestions for fixing here. The water is kept flowing, which is important, so I plan to buy another one. It might be better to think of it as part of gardening.
This shallow bird bath would be great for it. I bought another after I bought the first one and it worked so well. There are no birds that do not like
A ceramic dome resting on top makes it about five inches across and about five inches tall. The height between the end of the legs and the bottom surface of the domed section*br>(where the manufacturer set the height. The guidelines say not to allow water in the birdbath to be deeper than) is about 2 inches. It is 1/2 of an inch.
There's no point in changing the batteries. It'll keep wriggling until you remove them and the batteries die. Nevertheless, it is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for about a month. You can keep your bath somewhat full, but that will mean longer battery life.

Two D batteries are used to power the device. all there is to As long as it does its job, it is fine Has the ability to do the job I, & The fact that it is not a pump guarantees it won't burn out if the water levels drop too far. The wiggler is made in four different styles Solar power, so called "nightscapes", and many other features The ceramic is encased in a ceramic casing. It was a good deal since I bought two originals A copper-colored spray paint was applied to the cover. It's all happening. We hope you enjoy our beautiful water wiggler.
It is a great way to wiggle water. Since we installed it, the water in our bird bath has continuously been agitated, and we have had more bird drinkers/bathers than It's interesting to note how birds (of all kinds) seem to be attracted to the moving water and how much they A switch for turning off the device does not exist. *) There are two It simply means you'll need to check it regularly to make sure nothing is hindering its rotation. 1) the price seems a bit high for what it is
EDITED on The number of stars on my report is decreasing from five to three. This is due to the fact that the agitator died before it reached its first birthday.
I've gone through 4, 5, or 6 Water Wigglers in the last four In my first experience, I bought one from a local store, and when it stopped working soon after (not even 6 months later), I returned it. They told me API knew of an issue and that they had contacted the company. My next step was to buy a new one and put a little hope in it, but the same thing happened with the new one as well. As if it was dead (even with new batteries), the motor slowly died. Due to whatever reason, these items are not meant to last (probably so that people keep These are great products, but the company needs to know that these things will be outdoors and immersed in water for years to come. Would be nice if the motors worked properly and the cases were a little more durable.
The two children use this bath all the time and do not use the other two. It was positioned at first in the center of the bird bath, and works well there, but sometimes after a while the sediment in the bath would collect in the deeper center and prevent This error can be avoided if it's placed at the edge of the bath (see picture).
Last summer, I tried a wiggler for the first time, but it did not draw the birds like other customers have reported. I decided to add a large fountain to my landscape (with a heavy-duty pump In spite of this, I decided to add a bird bath again this summer. Since I do not like the look of the wiggler's dome, I spray-painted it This is the color ("Lagoon" is the name of the paint and it can be found here) and I'm very pleased with the outcome. I still like it even though the birds don't seem all that enthused about it.
I recently installed a hanging bird feeder on my 2nd floor balcony in Los Angeles, the first that I have owned. My reading suggested installing a water feature in your yard as a way to attract I found no hanging bird baths that I liked during my search for them. A lot of these items were either too lightweight, not made of the right material, or had little to no Making my own seemed to be the best way to go. Besides the shepherd's hook and hanging ring (from Amazon), I also purchased a terra cotta plant saucer with a 14" diameter. There you have it! A birdbath! Using something to create movement of water was also mentioned by experts in my research. I found out about Water Wiggler Agitator because of that. Yesterday was the day when it arrived. Neither sound nor water movement can be heard when it is on. There's no way to have it all. Birds are attracted to sound, but you can't have it all. It is not what I was expecting. The item I received is different from the item I was expecting. There has been an improvement. In order to make the legs more stable, they have been redesigned (see photographs). Only one of the five stars is less because there is no switch for turning it on or off. When you were sleeping, I thought it would have a longer battery life if you had it off. In order to achieve this goal, the turning spindle needs to be physically removed. My guess is that I will If you find the white dome being too jarring, you might spray paint it a different color to break up the monotony.
