purchased this log hauler about a month ago along with my Log Ox log hauler. I have used the tool more than a dozen times, I have only used the holster twice. I have been splitting wood with a maul, and one of the things I dislike about it is that it bangs around against my leg and occasionally falls off. Also, it is inconvenient to have to unlatch my belt, feed it through the holster, then loop my pants back through the loops The holster would be more practical if it could be clipped on over the belt quickly so that it could be used during the evening splitting hours. Since I haven't attached my 3 point splitter to the tractor lately, I haven't yet tried the holster with it, but plan to once I do get time to do so. The majority of Log Ox's videos show them being used with a splitter, as this is what they market it as. Nonetheless, I have found that if there is a round of wood nearby (as there always is), then I can lay the tool on that and pick it up again very quickly. Although this product disappointed me by not being as valuable as I had hoped, it does the job as described by providing a convenient location to put your Log Ox hauler within reach when processing firewood, so long as you don't move around so actively that it.
I wish I had known about it longer. My wife and I cut and split firewood on it every week and love it. It's well made and will last for a lifetime. I also think the company and customer service are awesome. A response was sent to me, as well as an outreach to see if I had any further questions. I have never encountered a better product or service!.
This thing is truly amazing. Adding this to your arsenal is a must if you buy fire wood. It will save you from bending. Since I purchased the product, I have used it a few times, and I love it every time. It is very convenient to pick up branches while working in the garden.
Cut logs can be picked up with an ox when you have the log ox handy.
I have not used it yet, but it looks very attractive. Fast shipping, and it is very well built.
The overall shape I like, and it has the potential to save me a lot of time. However, I haven't been able to test it out just yet and it's too muddy for me to get out in the woods yet, so there are 3 for now! I also think you should at least send out some hats or shirts (2XL) if someone purchases one of these. I mean it costs a bit but you can at least give them something to advertise it. Thank you I will judge you on your product when I use it later
JAMES! All I got was a small sticker and a huggy - not impressed about either of them at all, maybe a bigger sticker.
