For $40, you can get it
Although it may be able to grip a 15" log, the 48" handle is probably not long enough to roll it, particularly if there is still a lot of tree attached to the log. If the log is under 12 inches tall, it will work fine.
I have never used this on small logs that I could lift myself. Whenever I cannot lift, I use it, even if only to put something below so I can cut safely if I can't lift. Please accept my sincere thanks for your assistance
There is no indication of how many they have I've had no problems with mine so far. I was held up under a log yesterday that I could not turn (too heavy) so I had to use the winch on my Jeep to turn it.

With a decent powder coat finish, this product offers a good looking finish. Assembly takes only a minute or two Using bolts and nuts, they are attached to each other My first impression is that Nylock nuts are excellent. sold. This may be one of the best tool purchases I've made this summer, not an easy feat considering the other stuff I've picked up lately. I hope we can put this to use and see how it goes. few smaller hemlock trees (under 10 inches in Nonetheless, we come across a downed paper birch with an approximate diameter of 12 inches, and we begin to hammer it The lower half of the building is still standing, and it is perhaps 30 feet in length. There are a pair of loud pops when you apply pressure to the log as it rolls In less than an hour, the new toy had been destroyed. The record is not acceptable, but it is not a record Here are some photos proving that the metal used for this tool is not the appropriate one. The following items were purchased by me and I am not sorry Although the overall condition of one is good, the other one is broken, but it's good enough for rolling logs around for the time being at least. However, as much as I want to, it's almost impossible to recommend this tool since it was really made While the tool might be great in design, it is almost guaranteed not to succeed. You might think it's a good deal here, but what will it cost you if it fails at the wrong time? When it comes down to it, you will be using a tool that you will need to rely on together A lighter, smaller log may be the most suitable for this type of project if you only deal with light logs. It is okay to use them to roll logs around, but I am not going to elevate them for cutting, I am just not able to trust them.
A break in that. The timberjack I was looking for should be functional. Apparently, this is not the same thing. I was blown away by the first impression! There is this massive chunk of timber at the handle, joined by a thick steel hook and a nice thick steel spike. Once I used it, I was satisfied. The handle broke within the second day of actual use. While I'm not completely certain what wood the handle is made of, I would say it probably isn't This is the perfect piece of art to hang on the wall if you are looking for a decorative piece. In the event you want to work, you could look for something else to do.
The first shipment of this product did not include the jack part and was missing one of the nuts for attaching it. The order was returned and reordered, since I thought this was an unusual occurrence. It was as if the same package had been returned to me, even though it wasn't. The second package was the same missing one nut and lacking a jack. As well, both packages appeared to have been opened and then sealed with tape. Clearly I will return it and seek it out elsewhere as the tool I wanted was correct. It is a bit strange and disappointing as this was exactly what I wanted anyway.
Don't let it get out of your control. The logs you usually have to deal with when you need something like this tend to be extremely heavy. Make sure you are I thought it would last 2 days Then, there were 3 chainsaw cuts that had to be repeated It is situated. If you are trying to lift long pieces of wood, you'll need to break the tree up into smaller portions. It is likely that the weight of this tool will prevent it from being used for this purpose. Even though the price was high, I still considered it to be worth it. It wouldn't matter much if the trees were smaller. It was almost too heavy for me to lift the one tree I used it on, but I managed it. Thanks for making it available to me. One time I had to deal with it tipping over sideways. Remember to be careful again.
It's nothing to worry about! I have to call this thing a beast or Although the system is somewhat challenging to use, it's a joy It is a pleasure to hold and work with the handle since it is not splintery. As a big guy (6'3") and strong - I must be prepared - Without a tool like this, I'd always be moving logs by hand, without the need to use the tool. Through this tool, I have the ability to lift logs I was never able to lift
In another review, a complainant complained about the sharpness of the metal tooth that bites into the log (the one that rests on the hinged curve). There were indeed some times when I would have preferred it to have bit a little more. All it takes is a few strokes of a file to solve this While sharpening it in the factory would be a great idea, I would probably be against it. I recommend this tool since the enamel it comes with works well to prevent rust.
It appears to be strong and well-made. The first time I use it will be in the spring so I cannot tell you exactly how good it will be. The only complaint I have is, I need to go to a hardware store and spend more money on it because it did not come with nuts or bolts for assembly. Experiencing the hassle of returning it for missing nuts and bolts is not worth it. I tried to find the contact info to complain and was unable to locate it.
This was the main reason I wanted this.
*(wasn't thrilled about the sliver in my finger, but it will do)
This cane is a sturdy beast, the handle is almost too big for my large Currently, we are chainsawing dirt with a 20' section of a large maple trunk that is so heavy that we cannot move it and had to roll it. This cant not only rolled it, but also kept it off the ground to keep it from being sharpened as often. It is impossible for this to be possible!.
