Joseph, thanks a lot for the great question. If you get the chain lodged, when using the 115iPT4 pole saw, the red light will flash, and the power to the saw attachment will also be cut off. As a result, you will need to remove the battery for safety and dislodge any materials from the bar and make sure that the chain is tensioned properly. Second time around I've been deeply disappointed

A second unit has been purchased by me There is no power from the battery or charger. We should not sell any more until we've checked the status of the product. I spent hours researching this product and paid more than I would for a competitor product. We have a lot of Husqvarna products (five) and have never had an issue before. This is a great disappointment, and I wish I had purchased a cheaper version from a competitor instead! It is not reasonable for the supplier to fail on such a key component as an integrated battery and charger in a battery powered product A piece made in China and not in Sweden. Then there is something to be said. It is about time we learned!.

The decision to go with batteries is a good one

When it came to going gas or battery, I was torn. Concerned about the battery's operating time before a recharge is necessary, I decided to recharge the battery before using it. The larger battery proved to be more efficient, as it holds a charge longer than my own. Three times I have taken it out, walking and cutting for about two to three hours each time. (I am 66 and in good health, but I tend to wear out first) Despite my best efforts, it has not died on me yet. A good piece of wood can be cut with it easily. Despite its good performance, it struggles on stems that are too sappy. In other words, it tries to clog up the chain by putting them into it. In any case, I have decided the neck cord is a bit cheap and I don't use it that much. The noise level is low, there is no cranking, and the battery retains its An extension of the shaft is not very easy. The next time I ride it, I will lubricate it. Now that I know more about it, I'm calling it a good buy.

Husqvarna deserves a round of applause

The property on which I live has been trimmed by me for the past I began landscaping when we purchased our tiny home on three acres of land in North/Eastern Washington State. There were only four trees on the property when we moved in. About fifty trees surround the perimeter of the site and are placed in excellent spots to provide In light of those words, it was apparent I would need some high quality At first, I used some less expensive pole saws from some good companies, but none of them was able to handle the job. While it might seem logical, I found myself spending more time working on the different saws than actually trimming It is definitely the best lawnmower I have ever owned. I have a Husqvarna zero-street lawnmower. My age, 74, means I have owned several of these. I came back to my senses when I saw that mower. This is a true workhorse, which is why I decided to invest in the Husqvarna Saw line. So there we have it. In addition to my Husqvarna battery-powered pole saw, bush trimmer, weed whacker, and gasoline 12" chainsaw, I recently purchased their battery-powered pole saw charger. This is the best tool I have ever owned. I'm in heaven. The moment you decide to buy these tools, stop thinking and start buying, no matter how uncertain you may be or what reason keeps you from Despite what the advertisements claim, the tools are guaranteed to meet or exceed expectations. It is not uncommon to use a tool for things it is not designed for, then charge the tool with fault. But if you use these for the purposes they were designed for, you will never regret investing in.

The job is done

Even though there were so many bad reviews and I hesitant to purchase this product, so far it has been working as intended. As the owner of a big Farm Boss 20 inch Stihl chain saw, so far as cutting higher tree limbs, its easy for me. There are still over 30 trees to trim. I have trimmed over 30 trees and am still working on the remaining ones. A limb could be cut up to 8 inches in diameter with this machine. As an aside, I think my blade needs sharpening after trimming all that. The cons are The blade will pull you which is very dangerous if you are on top of a ladder and it has no trigger lock. Using the strap is a waste of time.

You will not find any oil in our products! That this does not include mandatory chain oil is quite disappointing

Review writing is not normally something I do. This tool is amazing and I really mean it when I say that. You can use the product right out of the box, and it's easy to set up. There are no tools required, and the design is simple.
The battery life of this axe is not an issue. It cuts like a monster in seconds, and is so quiet your neighbors won't even know that it's there. It is easier and more fun to use this pole saw than my gas powered chainsaw. I barely use my gas powered chainsaw any more. Is very efficient at cutting through large limbs. This saw is an excellent product and I would personally recommend its use. I was worried it would not be powerful enough and that the battery would not last long enough, but NO need to worry, it is great.

Simple and easy The use of. My butt itch really bad when it comes from China, so I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't made there. I am very happy with this purchase with the exception of the shipping charges.
