Do you include the stainless steel brackets with this?

Stone and metal brackets are part of the set.

Can you tell me the diameter of the stone and the length of the bracket? I would estimate that the outer diameter of the oven part of my Vision Grill smoker is ?

Approximately 17 inches is the length of the bracket. This stone is approximately 13 inches long and 5 inches wide. I am 75 inches tall. However, my grill has an inside diameter of 20 inches, so it doesn't fit quite right in my Vision Grill.

I was wondering what the size of the Lava stone was. ?

It seems like 11 to me The height of fourteen

Can I use this one if I have the s series in the large size?

This grill cover does not have a sizing description and it's too small. A message was sent to the supplier asking if I could exchange it for a larger size. No response has yet been received.

It's great to see the Stone! I smoked a brisket and ribs at a barbecue and the result was perfect

Despite the cold weather, the brrisket was tender, juicy and had a beautiful smoke ring the ribs were super tasty as well! I loved the ease of cutting the stone and cleaning it. Just turn it over and burn drippings off and it is ready for the next time!.

Fish can be cooked with this great item

This is a holding company On a standard Webber Grill, it holds up well during moderate use. I would use this for fish, pizza, chicken, etc. Just be careful if you flip it over (because that is the best way to keep your surface clean). i have a Lava Cooking Stone on the grill at all times, it's the second one i have had. In the last one I broke it after some heavy use, but I continued to use the pieces until they were too small to use. am going to be a bit more delicate with this one, but they do a great job of searing and indirect heating. I prefer it to thin clay or.

It hasn't crumbled, just like some have reported, about 3 times since I first installed it as a heat deflector

As expected, I've used it about three times to deflect heat, and it hasn't crumbled while others have reported that it has. Nevertheless, I cover the inside with aluminum foil in order to keep it clean.
