Check your work once more. I'm the proud owner of a Weber Spirit E- 210 Only three (3) Flavorizer Bars (15) are available on my grill. 3 inches in length There are five (5) bars on the Weber 300 series grills.
At 15. These are 3 inches long and fit perfectly on my Weber Spirit. There aren't any 14-year-olds that I'm aware of. 5 inches.
They'll fit any Series 200 grill with controls on the front, rather than the sides.
Metals are typically graded rather than gauged. Stainless steel, aluminum, and tin, among other metals, are graded. The bars in this case are 16 gauge, which should suffice for the purpose.

I've included a photo of the before and after. My Weber originals lasted about four years, which isn't bad considering we only grill once a week and don't use the grill at all for about three months during the winter. Last season, I noticed that the originals' metal was wearing thin, but I forgot about it. This spring, I lit it for the first time, and it was quickly catching fire. br>br>These new bars arrived sooner than expected, after I noticed the flavorizer bars were crumbling apart. br>br> They were on their way back. I placed my order when it was due, and the estimated delivery time was ten days, but I received them in less than a week. I chose these over another brand that was in stock and available for two-day shipping because of the overwhelming positive feedback. Delivery on the same day. br>br>The fit is perfect, as if they were made for each other. There was no play or movement within the grille once it was installed, and there was no need to bend, grind, or adapt anything. Also, the steel is thicker than I had anticipated - There was some weight to the package. br>br>I used the grille for the first time right after it was installed. I let it warm up for a few minutes before putting food on the grille to ensure that any surface oils or chemicals were burned off, but they were spotless right out of the package. As expected, the food was prepared. br>br>I'm not sure how well they'll hold up in the long run; only time will tell. It appears that making them out of stainless steel, rather than porcelain, would be less expensive. I'm not sure why the manufacturer didn't go with stainless steel like the Weber originals, but for the price I paid, I'd happily buy these again if I get a few years out of them. super-br>super-br>super-br>super-br>super-br>super-br It's a simple and inexpensive way to restore your grille to its former glory.
0 out of 5 stars These aren't even 16 GA stainless, despite the fact that the description claims they are. They're only 19 GA at the moment. That is twice as thin as advertised and even thinner than the original Weber bars. It may not seem like much, but I chose these over others because the extra thickness should help them last longer. I'm not sure how long these will last, but they're not going to last as long as the original Weber set. The seller was deceitful. Period. These days, there's far too much of it. 0 out of 5 stars.
My Weber 210 has rusted out flavorizer bars. They're covered by the warranty, but Weber is taking an inordinate amount of time "evaluating" the flavorizer bars to see if they'll be replaced. I was fed up with waiting and decided to place an order for these. They're a perfect fit, thicker than Webers, less expensive than Webers, and stainless steel. I'm in a good mood right now.
See picture, they appear to be framed and different colors in the picture, but that is due to shade and sun coming through, but you can see the rust on the flavorizers. Maybe that's why it's called flavorizers, because it tastes like rust:.
The original porcelain-based design After a few years, the coated flavorizer bars that came with my grill started to rust. These stainless steel bars are exactly what I was looking for. I anticipate them lasting the lifetime of the grill due to their stainless steel construction. I haven't noticed any problems with the transition from porcelain to stainless steel after about six uses. It will take years to see how long they last, but they are significantly less expensive than porcelain.
After a week of use, they corroded and rusted. I installed them a week ago after covering my grill. There's no way these are stainless steel because they're already rusted / corroded. br>br>After a few months of use, photographs are included. I'm not sure how these can be described as stainless steel.
We'll see if they're as good as the enameled steel ones that came with the grill. They were made to go together.
Heavy gauge stainless steel delivered in a timely manner. They've just been installed in my Weber Spirit grill, and I expect them to last longer than the original porcelain steel flavorizer bars. br>However, be cautious when handling them because the edges aren't very smooth. I wore gloves to protect myself from being cut.
