Questions & Answers
Yes, I have the same model, which I bought in early 2013, and the parts fit perfectly.
I also ordered these bars in response to Eric Miller's response, but they are incorrect. These bars are made to fit the grill vertically (front to back) rather than side to side. The longer bars that fit side-to-side are required for the E310 with side knobs. These bars will not fit because they are on the wrong side of the room.
Many of our grill parts are sourced and manufactured outside of the United States, but they are designed and engineered in the United States.

This was a great replacement for the rusted flavorizer bars in my grill. All of the negative reviews I've read are from people who have a grill that isn't the same as the one for which this product is designed. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say that the product's description originally did not specify the grill for which it was intended. I have a Webber Spirit E310 with FRONT CONTROLS that I really like. This item is a perfect fit for my grill. This will not work if you have an E 310 with side controls.
The flavorizor bars had rusted to a point where they were no longer functional. Their website specifies that they are covered for a period of five years. Weber refuses to replace them for me, claiming that the warranty only lasts for two years. Such a bad customer service experience, and their website says "5 years, no rust through/burn through" in plain English. It just leaves a sour taste in my mouth about the Weber company.
Although my original flavorizers lasted four years, I should have replaced them a year ago. They were so bad that about a month ago, the central one disintegrated and collapsed on itself. The two outside structures had been burned through in a few places and were on the verge of collapsing. When I grill, I usually do two things. I cook for her four times a week, for a total of about 600 meals. It was time to replace them, as you might have guessed. br>br>The new flavorizers have given my grill (Spirit E-) a new lease on life. 310). I cooked a tri-tip steak last night. The fat is still attached to the tip. I was able to achieve a comfortable, even temperature. Maybe it's because I cleaned everything and replaced the bottle, but it seemed to work just as well as it did when it was new. I'd completely forgotten how good of a grill it was when it was brand new. There are no hotspots. Controllable to the nth degree Outstanding outcomes! br>br>In case you're interested, I preheated all three burners to medium. I inserted a good meat thermometer into the center of my seasoned tritip (from the end). After that, I flipped the tip every three minutes and brushed on a light layer of bbq sauce after each flip. To get to 130 degrees, it took about 45 minutes (and many flips). Allow 10 minutes to rest before slicing and salivating. br>br>The burners appeared to be in excellent condition, so I'm expecting my Weber Spirit E- to arrive shortly. 310 is easily capable of lasting another four years. But I'm going to make it a habit to replace the flavorizers every two or three years. I'll know it's time when the hotspots appear.
My Weber Spirit 310 grill, on the other hand, appeared to be on its way to the landfill. It wouldn't heat up and looked terrible inside; everything appeared to be rusting, chipping, disintegrating, and falling apart when I removed the guts (burner tubes and flavorer plates - see below). Scrape out any debris, then replace the burner tubes and flavorizer bars (this is very simple). The Weber is back in action and working like new. It took less than an hour to complete. The parts were simple to replace. Much more convenient and less time-consuming than shopping for, purchasing, and assembling a new grill. This is an excellent choice. These burner tubes and flavorizor bars are highly recommended for restoring the appearance and functionality of your old grill.
My Weber grill's bars lasted just over a year after I replaced them. Due to rust, the majority of the five developed holes; the replacements arrived quickly and were well-packed, but the finish had chips. In less than a week, the chipped areas developed rust. without ever putting the grill to use. After a year, I anticipate having to replace them. The cast iron grate is also badly rusted and will need to be replaced soon. I love Weber grills, but I've had a lot of issues with the burners not distributing heat evenly (hot spots) and rust, which is what happens when a good brand cuts corners to keep the price low enough for big box stores.
I'm the proud owner of a Weber Spirit E- I had to replace the flavor bars on my 310, which was about 6 years old, because they were deteriorating. These were perfect replacements for the ones I had on Amazon. They appear to be of similar quality, but I've only had them for a month, so it's difficult to say how long they'll last. I'll update if it breaks, but if you need new bars, these are a good option.
I finally replaced the flavorizer bars after years of grilling, and boy did they ever need it. The high heat of the grill, rust, and time ate away at some of them; they were designed that way, but the food cooks much better with the new bars. I'm not going to wait as long next time.
Replacement parts are extremely difficult to come by. These were ideal because they were simple to replace. They were made to go together. I'm not sure what model I had, but it was a Weber 300.
