The same purpose was served by it. I've only been down for two months, so I'm not sure how long it will last. Lots of experience using rock scape in our pool area, our flower beds and using round stone in our dog run. This is my 20th year. No matter how long you wait or how much you spray, you will never completely avoid weeds. The primary goal is to have it operate smoothly for as long as possible. Some spray weed killer is still used from time to time. Can this fabric be trusted because it appeared to be heavier than most we have used, especially those sold in garden centers
My knowledge of how we used them under 1 3/4 rocks is limited. Beetles prefer potted flowers to vegetable plants, according to my observation. If you want to know anything, Google knows everything! Wishing you a very successful gardening season.
Best if you have been in the business for at least 15 years
The right side up works just as well as the left side up

It would have been great if I had bought it a long time I owe so much to it for making gardening so easy. Despite being heavy enough to get the job done, it is lightweight enough to be installed easily. We will buy from them I have some advice for you. Rather than ordering what you need, I recommend ordering more than enough because I found ways to utilize it throughout my day. There would be a lot of advantages if the colors were customizable. Alternatively, a brown surface would resemble the dirt on which it rests or a green surface would mimic Regardless of which one you choose to use for gardening, either will blend in with the environment. This is just a little bit of information.
Gardens are not the best place for it. If you're planning to put this in your garden or around plants that need frequent watering, don't get this product. A fabric such as this sheds water and discourages it from passing through rapidly. The device will work well for erosion control, as that is what I use it for, but will not work Because I'm using it under rock around a pool, I think I'll be okay, but if I had been planning to use it in an area where water would flow through it, I wouldn't be keeping.
The material is thick, and as I placed it over my vegetable garden, I was concerned it wouldn't let water through. However, it looks almost like a pool cover after it was installed. As a result of the heavy rain we had that night, I was soon reassured by the garden at 7 when I looked at it I saw that it was still green. At about 230 am in the morning there was very minor puddling, which was a delight to me. There is no chance that this product will allow weeds to penetrate as those that may come through much thinner products from the garden centers do sometimes from time to time. While I still gave this product five stars, I did find two areas that had spots in them that quality control at the plant must have added to it. There was a review I originally wrote and this is the review I updated. I am now in my third season with my vegetable garden and its products are holding up very well. The product is great! I'm so glad I found it!.
A felt fabric is much better than a woven fabric in my opinion. In my opinion, it blocks weeds better than anything else I've tried This allows water to drain more effectively. Having a 6 foot wide platform, it is easier for me to cover a large area. The material is thick and has a high melting point This is something which I think will last a long time.
Specifically, the product was purchased to be used in a vegetable garden as a weed barrier. As a result of its permeable properties, moisture could pass through. There is no such thing. A tarp can hold up to three times its own weight in water because the weave is so tight. The material had to be punched with a number of holes in order to allow for drainage.
There are a lot of good things in this video. It was thicker and heavier than what I saw at my local big box store. In many years, the yard had been a garden of weeds, so this new lawn was installed over a rototilled and raked area. We are three weeks in and the only weeds I see are along the edges where the crab grass can get past the The following tip is for those planning to use this product (or a similar product). We used masking tape to mark the area where we wanted the two pieces to The wind and other circumstances involved in this project made it more difficult for us to do a consistent job of installing the fabric. Also, we angled the staples so they were on a diagonal to the edge of the fabric to reduce the possibility of the fabric just tearing over time.
I would buy again if I ever need them again, and I will bring the leftovers to use on my next landscaping job. Besides buying and using heavy duty staples, we also bought and used heavy duty screws.
It is important to purchase the U shape stakes to keep the corners stable.
The disturbed ground around our house has been overgrown with weeds this year, having just finished building our house last year. I bought this to control weeds as I begin landscape work in my yard. Because of the dry climate in Arizona, xeriscaping is needed, and weeds are not attractive around cactus plants. The fabric looks thick enough to block out weeds, and it looks like it will stand up to the arid climate. There is heat from the sun. This was a very easy product Water filters slowly through it, as I was able to test it. My new purchase will be landscaping pins to hold it in place and tumbled colored glass to cover it. The weeds will hopefully be gone next spring in my garden beds.
