The advertisement shows it as a roll of film. The tarp is not folded up, but rather a large one. If I try to cut it to size, all the cut edges fray into a jumble of pieces. My return will be as soon as possible.

The tarp isn't cheap to begin with, but I didn't need anything thick, just a lot. The length of this pipe allowed me to wrap it around most of the edges of my garden.
