I AM NOT a witch! In response to the question, someone said that the item was made Wicker is absolutely not used in the making of this item. The patio has been covered with this heavy duty resin product since April, 2013. We bought one in the lighter color in 2018 because the lighter color matched our patio better. Despite living in Arizona, both have been exposed to the sun, rain, hail, and every other type of weather except snow (although they sit on a patio in freezing weather). The piece is made of a solid piece of resin, but fits together like a puzzle that you have to (easily) assemble. The result is that the piece probably won't hold much water.
