Yes, it's fantastic! It can accommodate two people, their belongings, and even their purses. Yes, it is detachable.br>
For me, it was a huge success. The umbrella hook was a fantastic addition. The sun shelter served its purpose and provided us with the necessary shade. It was very easy to put on.
Although the wood Palapa poles were too large, I had previously used them on wood poles in Greece. It is the circumference, not the type of pole, that is important.
I've rented a lot of umbrellas, and they've all been different sizes, but this hook is adjustable, and in my opinion, it should fit the wide range of umbrellas I've rented.

I'm glad I purchased this beach umbrella hook. We hang our damp towels, my husband his dry shirt, and I my cover-up. up from the snag It wraps around the umbrella pole, and a small rubber knobby thing is pushed through the appropriate size hole to form a secure grip. It clings to you firmly. I've used this hook with some weight on it and it hasn't slid at all. It's what I'm using on my Tommy Bahama umbrella. I've been using it for the entire summer and it's still in excellent condition. This is an excellent hook. I spend the summer at the Jersey shore and have never seen anything quite like it. People droop their wet towels and clothes over the backs of their beach chairs, allowing them to dip into the sand, which sticks to the towels and clothes. I've also seen people hang wet towels from the spokes of their beach umbrellas, which breaks the spokes. This takes care of all of our problems. This umbrella hook is one of my favorites. Overall, this is a fantastic product that is highly adaptable, durable, and simple to use. But after two summers of use, I'm down to two hooks! They're metal hooks that can (and do) pop out of the silicone. I don't think it's from the weight; you'll topple the umbrella before this thing gives; I believe it's from leaving it on when I close the umbrella, which causes the hooks to pop loose. Regardless, two years later, I'm back to buy another one because the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, and honestly, I wouldn't have a problem if I took better care of it. lol.
These were purchased to go with my beach umbrellas. These hooks are a great addition and hold a surprising amount of weight, even though I live in Missouri and don't have access to a beach. We use them for camping shade near the fire pit and river shore, among other things. I'm hoping that the rubber "gasket" retains its elasticity. I've had them for two camping seasons and they've performed admirably. When I'm storing them, I don't leave them on. br>br>On a recent rainy camping trip, we left the umbrellas at home because it was fall and the cooler weather did not necessitate the use of the shade. They were, however, kept with my camping gear, and I hung them from the legs of our easy-up canopy. I'm going to order a few more of these because they held my jackets, chair sleeves, frying pan, and a variety of other items, freeing up the easily filled non-ground spaces and keeping our table clean and dry! THESE ARE MY FAVORITE THINGS!.
This Umbrella Hook is made of the highest quality materials. made, as well as convenient and functional. It was purchased to go with my beach umbrella in Florida. Construction: br>br> It's great to see someone build a solid device from the ground up. bullet-proof, notch materials that are proof! The light-filled room The thick and strong blue rubber "grip" or belt. It can be adjusted like a belt or a watch. It's a rubber band with double holes for added gripping power and strength. Because you must actually pull/stretch the rubber around your umbrella pole in order for it to hold, it is the ideal combination of pliable, thick, and strong. It will, in fact. br>br>The metal on the "belt hooks" and hanging hooks is extremely durable and well-crafted. A protective plastic surface has been applied to the product. Nothing will be able to sway these little devils. Three of us hung on to this massive, heavy beach-toy during a recent beach trip. We tried everything we could to make it slip or fail in any way, including putting it in bags, wet towels, and so on, but there was nothing we could do. Before this hook device bends or breaks, your umbrella will! br>br>Of course, you can put this device anywhere on your pole, high or low, for easy access to items. As I sat in my beach chair, I kept my hat, iPhone, headphones, glasses, and other belongings within easy reach. br>br>I'm going to order another one of these today to use on trips where a group of us will be sharing an umbrella, so I'll have one high on the umbrella pole for hats and towels and another lower down for bags. br>br>Strongly suggested.
The umbrella is extremely simple to put on. I have a Costco Tommy Bahama umbrella and a large umbrella that we used in the middle of our table. The hook is easily adjustable to fit both umbrellas. We took it to the beach for a week. It didn't slide down, and I got the impression it was quite heavy. I've included a photo of my beach bag, which contains two towels, sunscreen, and a variety of snacks. Water and sand toys are in another bag. I'm placing a second order!.
I hung my t-shirt from this hook. I put my shirt on to keep it out of the sand, and I hung my umbrella's carrying bag on it as well. I also hung my flip flops there on a weekend day! The hooks appear to be very strong, and this item appears to be well-made. Also, it was simple to take out. I'm excited to use this every time I go to the beach from now on.
I immediately put it to use and was blown away. It didn't budge despite the fact that I had four extra-large beach towels that were extra thick and heavy. I attached my dog's leash to it to keep him close by, and it never came undone, as long as he didn't pull too hard. This hook system is well worth the investment and far more impressive than it appears!.
This is a fantastic piece of technology. I discovered that you must place it above the umbrella's hold button, that it does not need to be removed at the end of the day, and that it can hold anything with a strap, including oversized towels. This book comes highly recommended.
