It only comes with the swing and the chain to hang it on.
The chain was about a foot and a half too short for the Amazon frame it came with. My feet couldn't even touch the ground, no matter how the chain was adjusted.

Before you place an order, make sure you know what dimensions you need. What would be more important than the width of the opening if you were ordering a porch swing? Isn't that why you want to make sure the swing is the right size? This swing has a width of 46 inches. 9". That's fine; my opening is 57 inches, so that's ideal. But wait - there's more! the 46. The SEAT is 9" wide, not including the armrests. The swing is 55" wide all the way around! So. On both sides, my swing fits with a full inch to spare. Unfortunately, this is insufficient to ensure the safety of my grandchildren; PLEASE EDIT YOUR DESCRIPTION.
I decided to look for a new swing to attach to the frame as I was throwing it away. Because it rains so much, I was not interested in cloth or wood. I chose this because of the weight it can carry and how low-maintenance it is. It's sturdy, has a nice painted finish, and only took a few minutes to put together.
I emailed the company, and they gave me a $50 refund the next day.
The swing was well-made and simple to assemble; the main body simply "folds out," after which the arms are attached. The chains that came with it are of good quality, and carabiners make it easy to attach them to the swing. As others have stated, some people will find it comfortable, while others will need to add padding. I was one of the people who found the lack of padding to be uncomfortable. I bought a couple of seat and back bench pads, which worked perfectly and were extremely comfortable.
Since it's much easier to make a chain shorter than it is to make one longer, I don't see why they can't make the chains longer or allow customers to purchase additional chain. Because I am 5'3" and my feet are 5 inches off the ground, getting in and out of the swing safely is difficult. Aside from that, I like the swing and stand together, but I wouldn't leave children unattended with it because the front of the stand lifts if they try to swing too high.
This swing is one of my favorites. Metal furniture was used to create a garden room in our home, which works beautifully. In about 30 minutes, I was able to assemble it by myself. Only if there had been more chain would it have been beneficial. Because the swing was so high up that I couldn't get into it (I'm 5'4"), I had to buy about 12 more links. This is an excellent swing.
This is a fantastic little swing. For the price, it is extremely durable, attractive, and comfortable. You'll need an extra chain if you're hanging it from something other than the frame that's available but not included. It has a good coat of paint on it, but with last night's rain, it rusted where it scuffed a little during shipping. But it'll be dry in no time. I wouldn't recommend it for coastal areas because it would rust quickly. In general, I'm very happy.
The fact that FedEx reported "out for delivery" 5 days in a row made this purchase a little unsettling. But it all worked out in the end. FedEx delivered the box in a battered state, as is typical. UPS hasn't been a big part of my life. Anyway, fears of missing hardware due to all the holes in the box were unfounded; there wasn't a lot of hardware in the package (bolts and the like), so those fears were unfounded. It's held in place by six nuts and two lengths of chain. I'm not crazy about the mini carabiners/snap hooks they use to secure the chain to the seat and whatever else you want to hang it from, but time will tell if they're any good! With the exception of the rather small snap hooks, I gave the product four stars in terms of quality. Regrettably, I am unable to give FedEx a poor rating!.
