This is a sturdy but noisy device

Even though the bracket appears to be very strong, the linkages lack bearings, so there is a lot of noise as a result of slippage. To make the links slide better, I lubricated them with grease, but in the future, I will find a better-designed one.

This is a very well-made, heavy-duty product. There have been no problems while we have used it to support a chair swing. It is definitely worth the money.

I love how easy it was to install and how solidly built it is. Having the ability to swing back and forth is nice. This is not something I have seen at the store before. Buying the chain and extra hook for the chair that I purchased did mean I had to buy a chain and an extra hook to hang it. The extra pieces would have been nice to have included.
