While I am not certain whether this will adjust by how much water pressure, since I can't give a sure answer, I believe it will It turns on when you turn it There were too many dangers in it for my piggy to drink from.
The item arrives attached to the pipe as shown in the picture. All that remains is to connect the water line to the pipe and you can start using the water. In order to go from 1/2 stainless pipe to 3/4 water line, I needed an adapter.

It's a little rough around the edges and on the finish. Threads in the 1/2" range were left with burrs after being cut shallow. It is stainless of a low grade. I am uncertain how well it will hold up until I have used it for several months. The next time I order, I'll probably look elsewhere for a cheaper price.
The pump was barely putting out any water, so we had to replace it. When there was a problem with drinking water, the release spray almost reminded us of a mist when the pigs (or we humans) would push on it. Another waterer was brought home, but it will not work in the freezing weather, so it looks like we will have to find another one for the winter.
It took the seller only a few days to send me 3 replacements. At first, I think I just received a bad batch. I bought three of these to use to water All 3 leaked in two separate places as soon as they were installed. A different brand that I have for years has worked perfectly for me. Trying to save money is a bad idea. If you replace them with name brands, you will only end up spending double the time and effort.
I thought the product was well made, easy to install, and appeared to be well constructed. In no time at all, our pigs were able to understand it!.
Piece of quality, my pigs couldn't figure it out so I took it apart and now I'm just using the stainless pipe and the typical water nipper.
You don't need it to be a perfect level for it to work! In my pig pen I have this type of water, and in my goat pen I have a float style. This one is going to be done in float style. Its primary drawback is the absence of the long pipe. It's an easy fix for this girl, she just used a stainless steel braided hose.
