Yes, they work on a Toyota 22R from 1992. Last year, I got a new one.
They should, if the hubs are manual, according to my knowledge.
Gaskets for the hub and axle are included. There are no studs on this set, at least not on the one I received.
That I'm not 100% sure about that I'm not 100% certain about that I% You'd have to check to see if they have any for your particular model. If they say they'll fit, they'll actually fit.

I'm a little disappointed in the quality of the silver-finish after driving them around a bit and really looking at them. The cap assembly is made of colored metal. It appears to be extremely low-cost. I looked around for Aisin hubs first, as did many others, but I didn't have the time to wait for them. br>br>If these hold up, great, but if they don't, I'll look for the Aisin hubs. br>br>—————————br>br>br>—————————br>br> br>br>Hubs appear to be of good quality, but the quality is definitely lower than what I recall from years ago. Many people recommend Aisin hubs for Toyotas, but they are difficult to come by and frequently overpriced. br>br>It was very simple and quick to install.
So far, so good, but all I've done is install them and make sure they're working properly. These Warn hubs come with a lifetime warranty and cost a little less than the factory Aisin replacements for my 1986 4runner. They also appear to have a better designed spring than the Aisins, but only time will tell if it is truly better. They were incredibly simple to install, requiring only a simple removal of the old and installation of the new. They even do away with the dreaded cone washers that the factory hubs require for centering on the studs, which is a huge plus because those things are a pain to deal with. The O- The ring on the hub's base is fantastic because it provides a much better seal against the water that most off-road vehicles will encounter. Trucks on the highway are visible. I'll update if these things turn out to be anything less than I expected, but they appear to be much more durable than the stock Aisins.
These articles are fantastic! These were purchased to replace the original auto-transmission system. My '87 Toyota Vanwagon had locking hubs that would pop and clunk whenever I engaged 4wd. I did some research and discovered that these are the same hubs used on pickup trucks and 4Runners from the same time period. (Amazon denies that four-wheel-drive vans exist. ) The three automatics removals are the most difficult part of the installation. I was able to locate the source of the noise after removing the passenger side. The brake drum in the hub was broken, and pieces of it were strewn about. Installation kit 29918, according to Warn, is required. This kit consists of nothing more than the spindle nuts and washers used by Toyota to install manual hubs in stock applications. If you need these parts, do yourself a favor and go straight to Toyota. Warn Industries charges more than twice as much as Toyota. br>These things look fantastic and appear to be of high quality so far!.
There are no extra parts required, and the installation is very simple. Bolts directly to studs using OEM nuts and washers. Has nearly full turn to lock or unlock settings, allowing front wheels to turn freely without CV axle movement when 4x4 is not required. They can be 2x2 or on-the-fly 4x4 shifting from inside the vehicle when locked, and they work just like factory. It's a good investment to reduce vehicle wear and tear and make it easier to roll. Although this hub is not OEM, it is of excellent quality and can be used in place of the original. These were purchased from a seller at the best possible price. All hardware and gaskets were included in the shipment.
My 1992 Toyota 4Runner was a perfect fit. In city driving, I think I gained nearly a mile per gallon! Everything in front of me no longer turns when I'm not looking. "Locking" my hubs in is something I enjoy doing.
These look great on my 1990 4runner. It's useful to be able to disengage the front cv axles in case one breaks or something goes wrong, and it's also good to have them disengaged when not in use to save parts and improve fuel economy. If I had it to do it all over again, I would choose the aisin hubs because they appear to be easier to set up. It's a little difficult to rotate these all the way around 180 degrees, and grasping the knob isn't as simple as I'd like. br>br>However, these are useful hubs that make tasks easier.
I was very impressed with the quality of these hubs when they arrived, as they were much larger and heavier than my stock Toyota hubs. Ring seals on all sides and is very simple to install. I was able to complete the task in less than an hour, despite the fact that I am not a mechanic. The locking dial has a very nice chrome ring with a gold dial that rotates very smoothly. This kit does not include new studs or nuts for the wheel hub, but it does include flat and lock washers. These satisfy me completely. They're taller and protrude further out from the rim than stock, but I haven't had any issues with them. Purchase them; you will not be disappointed!.
The price was excellent, and the product was flawless.
