YT25E Battery Sprayer - 12V Lithium-ion with Viton Seals & O-Ring, Brass Wand & Nozzle & Shoulder Strap, 2 Gallon

I purchased this product in April of this year and have used it maybe ten times at most. It worked fine until today when it suddenly stopped and won't There is a fully charged battery in the unit, but the manual is not detailed enough to fix the issue. As a result, until I know what is going on and what the company will do, I am rating this product as a great one But it has such major quality issues that I cannot recommend it.

I have been extremely pleased with the quality of this product and it has performed extremely well so far. Nevertheless, there are a few instructions on routine maintenance, such as how to lubricate the O-rings The instructions for that type of item are not given in any booklet form they are only located on the box it came in. If you want to store them, you might do so It was also frustrating to find that the strap used to carry the tank was attached to just a clip at the bottom. Often times, it falls out without any effort. In my opinion, I would prefer one that clips onto the tank via a clasp and needs to be pressed down to take off. It lasts for as long as I need it, and I travel around about a 2-hour trip each way A lot of trees and a spot spray and area spray were applied to the area. Being able to leave it in and not have to remove it and pump is a blessing. As opposed to just closing the nozzle, it would be better if the power could be throttled down a little bit. Regardless of how you adjust the nozzle, it does tend to squirt a lot more quickly and sometimes a fine spritz is all you need. Almost every battery-operated device may be affected by this issue, so that's what I understand Applied spray with a hand-held Having said all that, I would still buy it again at this time. Providing some suggestions on how to improve it is fine.

The sprayer worked as described the first two times. I was disappointed in it. I broke the wand to gun fasteners in two pieces while hand tightening it before use after the third time. As a regular user, I look forward to using this at least once a month since (when working) it gets the job done. The unit may have been defective, in any case there should not have been a problem. As soon as I get in touch with Customer Service, I will update this review. A brief update With no questions asked, customer service sent me a new replacement wand at my door within a few days of sending the pictures. My satisfaction is high with the product, as it works A big thanks goes out to customer service for setting such an awesome standard for customer satisfaction. When I contacted support, they offered to send a replacement pump once I showed them that the first was damaged. As soon as I received the pump, I realized the part had been sent incorrectly. Once again I contacted support and found out that not only had the wrong pump been shipped, but now there weren't any pumps left in the US as well. As a result, China dropped shipped a pump to them. The new pump arrived a week later, and this time there were no leaks, but today's pressure is nowhere near as high as when my old one was leaking. It has taken them some time to reply to my e-mail. I am not confident in this product as of right now. As much as I would like to like it based on others' experiences, I have had a terrible time with it. There may be a defect in my purchase. It's hoped you won't. The following statement has been updated as of 7/26/19 As of now everything appears to be returning to normal after the second replacement pump is received. It would be 3 stars if it weren't for the hassle, but I doubt everyone will have the same experience as I did. In addition to customer service at Sprayers Plus, the company provided support throughout the whole process.

In addition, the switch is located such that in order for the device to be turned off, it must be taken off your shoulder and turned There is a further problem the hose is about a foot too short to be of any use. I think these are some good For opening, there is a wide mouth. In case they made additional batteries available, there would be an option to have a spare.

Spun about 15 gallons of solution on about an acre (5 gallons of total solution), and this spray was as strong as the first. There are 300 cycles in the battery's life expectancy, according to the manual. This might seem low by today's standards, but you also might not be living in the real world. I find it to be one of the best battery-operated sprayers of the ones I have used to date and am satisfied with it so far. In case of any changes, my review will be updated at the end of the season.
