How Our Score Is Calculated

Product Description

High-quality sprayer and components that will stand up to harsh agricultural chemicals, along with rugged transport and usage
With exclusive poly lining and the highest quality Viton seals, the 21-inch stainless steel wand resists chemicals to the full extent permitted
More pumps are required per gallon for an extremely efficient pump than its closest
A more surface area is available on the Easy-To-Access filter than leading competitors, reducing clogging and simplifying cleaning.
Simpler, faster service - no tools are required to replace pump seals in minutes, so maintenance downtime is reduced
There is an O here. Part one
Note There is a residual pressure release from the sprayer's wand when the wand is stored in the storage tray after use (not a defect). It may be possible for a small amount of liquid to leak into the wand storage tray and then escape from the bottom. It can appear that the tank has leaked from the bottom of the tank when this occurs

Questions & Answers

The pressure regulator included with the unit is necessary, but is it necessary to use it?

Wendell, good to hear from you. Use of the pressure regulator is not required. The most common application method is to use a weed killer like Roundup in order to avoid overapplication. This regulator delivers the most suitable particle sizes to prevent your chemicals from drifting. It keeps the pressure low and prevents the chemicals from drifting. Wendell, thanks for the kind words.

There is a high volume tip / nozzle. Would this be appropriate for spraying large flower beds?

With this sprayer, you can do just about anything. The best one I've ever had is without a doubt this one. I've had a number of them in the past. Moreover, you can empty the entire tank within a couple of pressure rises during the spray period once the tank is pumped up. This is the first time I've had one work so It's definitely worth it to spend the extra money.

Do you think I can use this with a deck cleaner?

I would only recommend it if you intend to spray a deck cleaner and let it sit before pressure washing I like to think of this as a spray bottle. It has no pressure. My sincere hope is that this

We took a great sprayer and made it even better
5/5

In the first place, this sprayer is very high quality. My previous owners have all been great, but none could compare to this one. It comes with a spray tank made from thick plastic and a wand made from high quality plastic. It was imperative that I have a sprayer that's of high quality for my project Make a sprayer better by taking one that is great. In any case, I installed a valve stem in the side of my new sprayer after drilling a hole in it. I use my air compressor to add 40 lbs of pressure to the tank rather than pumping it. With this amount of pressure, the sprayer is built like a tank and there are no leaks or bulges. The brass nozzle I use for the hose has a reach of over 30 feet, which means I can easily reach under the eaves of a two-story house There are two stories in this house. The air I add to the tank is enough to spray half of the tank before I need to add more. Thanks to my new (slightly modified) sprayer, I have a very happy draught.

Other than that, I threw all of them For one reason or another, I have tried using over 8 different types of sprayers and I am tired of no longer being able to use them
5/5

Having researched for hours, I felt I should try one of the higher-priced ones, because after researching for hours I felt My investment might have to be higher than I thought. This one I chose because previous reviews suggested it- (Thank you to everyone who participated! In the backyard of my house I have a small vineyard that requires regular spraying. Every time I spray, I get a smile on my face and look forward to it! The pump is easy to pump, the wide mouth makes it easy to fill and wash, and the metal end and harness make it It's all in all a great product.

It is an excellent sprayer for the lawn and garden
5/5

A great sprayer like this is hard to find. A homeowner accessory I just bought is for my son, who is starting his own collection. This morning I gave it a try before I take it to him (to make sure it works properly in his case), and I was so impressed that I bought In addition to being longer than any other nozzle, the stainless steel spray tube is made of thick walled tubes. A brass adjustable nozzle for cone-shaped sprays is used for the main nozzle The spray has a bottle-shaped nozzle as well as other plastic nozzles for low and high flow rates Spray in the shape of a flower. In addition, there is a wire mesh-covered foaming nozzle that I have yet to try. You can see the volume of the sprayer in gallons or liters on the body of the sprayer, which is translucent plastic. Viton is used for the seals on all the gaskets since I bought the sprayer the last time. In my experience, it seems to work quite well and I believe it to be more chemical resistant than older systems These seals are of various styles. There is no need to buy a three gallon sprayer even if you will normally only spray one gallon of product, since an extra level of compressed air will allow you to spray longer before you must pump up the air pressure again as others have pointed out.

I am glad that you provided such great customer service to my mother, who goes through sprayers like crazy
5/5

She seems to have a few problems, so I thought they could fix them instead of throwing another sprayer away. They supposedly have customer service, so I decided to buy it for her. For six months, her sprayer worked perfectly, until the wand snapped at a connection (I don't know if it was a user error or a defect in the sprayer). The company was able to send me a replacement part for free by writing me at (I can't post the direct link, so smithperformancesprayers. com/contact/) and explaining why the part had malfunctioned, but I had no idea where to buy it. I will not hesitate to recommend this sprayer for its customer service, which is well worth the price. The sprayer has not caused any problems since, so hopefully it will last for a long time.

Your money will not be wasted
3/5

There are two small plastic tabs that will be ripped off when you try to open the pump. As a result, you will not be able to unscrew the pump and open it. Even though it was only two months old, they sent out a replacement pump assembly as soon as they received it. The other one has also been stripped. In the cheap pumps made by Roundup, the handle is sturdy and is used to unscrew and open the pump, unlike the cheaper pump made by the company below. It is better to save money and purchase the $20 pumps.

Smith and Fountainhead Group did not satisfy me in regards to the sprayer
3/5

When I bought my sprayer, I thought it was "one of the best". Shipping was prompt, and the product As instructed, I connected everything, but it would not hold air, and the wand would move loosely up and down as it went in and out of In the instructions it says "call us first. " Once I put it in a package to return, I realized I should have contacted them first. When I called, the customer service representative walked me through the parts and discovered I was missing a seal portion of the vent, in addition to the wand not being In that case. Send the order, then deal with the calls and returns. There will be no quality control. Anyway, I had to wait days for the parts before I finally called and requested them. It was said that the items will arrive in three days since they were shipped yesterday. Oh, and you didn't have to pay for anything! Is that true? Please call us if you have broken or I love how generous you are! It was a week ago that I was in need of the sprayer! Due to the fact that the parts were shipped by USPS, I would consider the supposed 3 day arrival period a bit bogus. I believe the sprayer was shipped back to them and the parts they sent won't be the end of it, and I'll need to return it. This manufacturer is not to my taste, nor is its support. It is much easier to return this and seek out a different one. All I need is an easy and reliable sprayer. There is no way this one could fit the requirements.

This is garbage
3/5

Sprayers have been in my life for a long time. It is a good sprayer, however it has a serious drawback - It stayed on after one month use, and I could not remove it. Chapins and Lesco's are usually my go-to stores. I love how this comes with a wand. It has a nice tank. It has a great top, but it is a dud and you should not buy it! I didn't get any help from the company, and it looked like it had just been installed. As soon as the top is "seized" on, and you try to back it off with the handle, it simply destroys the top slot, and then you have no choice but to throw it away. What if you used your fingers to grasp the sides of the top? That too can be forgotten. After trying all the above, I threw it in a dumpster when I was finished. This one was more expensive than I expected, but I still think it was worth every penny. Compared to the Chapin Sprayer, the wand is the only thing that's better. There are no customer service representatives. That's why they're so bad. This is a type of "you own it, you bought it" transaction. This would not be a thing I would recommend My recommendation to anyone would be to avoid this company. Well, thank you. It is possible that I would refuse to do something to someone I dislike. Not at all. It wouldn't be worth it even then, since then these fools would be making MORE money off their crap. Effort needs to be made to return quality and customer service to how they used to be. Don't expect a revolution anytime soon.
