It has been using it daily for two months and is still in excellent condition. A soft misting is used in our office for a 14 foot by 18 foot wall of deer moss. I was very unsure about getting this device due to the negative reviews, but most of these devices had negative reviews so I took the chance and am glad I did. In order to resolve the previous "issues" noted in previous reviews, here are some suggestions The user errors I've noted are probably due to my own impatience, after using it When I test the tightest nozzle level of mist, I see dripping at the tip of the spray but this seems to be true not only for hand held models, but for all the large and small models. Even when the looser was micro-twist, I made a super fine, soft mist and the dripping didn't occur. As you pump to build pressure, when you have to stop you can tell by the resistance that you meet. However, I do have to keep the pump set to full pressure in order to achieve fine mist production. It does not take very long before full pressure wears off from the wall before I must re-apply Pump it again after it's been inflated. The last time I bought it, it held up so well I'm very glad I took the chance.

While I like it very much, I do have to wipe down areas surrounding the plant that are wet since it sprays water from a distance. On the other hand, I could easily see this nozzle being very useful, given that the unit is under pressure, as a means of rushing off an invasion by pests, either inside or outside the home.

The spray can be adjusted to your liking. Most of my houseplants receive it at least once a week. I like that this product seems well made, and I appreciate that the nozzle can be adjusted to produce a fine mist, a robust spray, or a strong stream. I have updated the December 28, 2017 update. An attempt to humidify an area around a fireplace was futile after the mister was extensively used one day with lots of vigorous pumping. As a result, it can no longer seal and cannot sustain However, for average houseplant use, I think it would have lasted several more years, but I just wanted to be honest about how it held up.

The pump started leaking first from the handle, then when I was pumping it I discovered a piece of black plastic However, after I ignored it for a short time it became worse as the leak increased. Then I would find a huge puddle of water around it, dripping onto my cabinets, when I left it on the countertop for a while. I have tried to pump up or pump down, I have tried to loosen the cap, I have tried to tighten the cap. It still leaked and made a bubbling sound inside the container no matter what I did. As a result, I glued back the black plastic tubing that had broken off, figuring it must have something to do with it. It still didn't work. In the area of the pump handle, it was hard to reach the bottom of the black plastic tube, so I could not grasp it. Due to the expiration of my return date, I will not be able to return. It has been working great for the last 4 months. The problem is that it hasn't lasted A side note I noticed black "stuff" when I began to pull the components out You may wish to consider other options for purchasing.
