Personally, I dissolve the powder in a small amount of water before spreading it throughout the pond. Dry it and place it around the pond's perimeter on shelves.
Hello, Les, a third of a teaspoon for 500 gallons works out to about a teaspoon, so a third of a teaspoon would be slight and harmless overkill. br>With respect,br>Nate at Practical Garden Ponds br>484- 356- 5351
Some people have used it for bath water, according to reviews. I'm not sure how safe that is. Because of my sensitivity to chlorine, bromine, and other chemicals. Water is filtered throughout my house. Even then, I run extremely hot water and wait until it cools down enough to take a warm bath, as this allows any residual chlorine to dissipate.
No, it only works in ponds and pools to neutralize chlorine.

He's got ulcers on his legs. Betadine bandages must be worn at all times. Betadine should be applied liberally to the bandages. His clothes, towels, and bed linens have all been ruined by him. This method is effective. After a teeny-tiny amount has been washed, there are no stains left. It has also been used to remove betadine from bathroom tile. There, it worked just as well. I'm very happy!.
I've been using this product for over a year and only recently realized that I needed to replenish my supply. It's simple to use, affordable, and a little goes a long way! This is something I would recommend to anyone who has a pond of any size.
We've had these for a long time. Rather than liquids, we prefer granules. For our 2500 gallon fish pond, this does a fantastic job.
This is the only dechlorinator I've ever used, and it always works perfectly. br>br>I highly recommend it for ponds and tanks.
Simple to work with. In my koi pond, I used it to do a partial water change. It's meant to get rid of chlorina and other chemicals found in city water. It was effective, in my opinion. My fish have a lot of life left in them.
I have an outdoor koi pond, and when I need to add water to the system, I use Vanish. It's simple to install in the pond and hasn't caused any problems for my koi or water plants.
The most affordable price.
