String algae is simple to get rid of. A liquid algicide can be purchased for less than $15 at any pond or water maintenance store. Follow the manufacturer's instructions. In a few days, I should be gone. This has happened to me several times after I've cleaned and refilled my koi pond. Fortunately, this algae is simple to manage.
My package arrived unsealed, with the majority of the contents spilling out. It arrived in a plastic bag from the post office. I requested a refund but received no response. A full one should be more than 3/4 of the way full.
This is a question for which I have no answer. This product is used in my outdoor water feature.
It's in an outdoor pond where I'm using it. UV rays are impossible to avoid.

I have a Lowe's pond that holds 70 gallons. It's been in place for quite some time now. The turtles are the same, but the fish are smaller. It is home to two small goldfish, three bullfrog tadpoles, a few frogs who appear at random times, and three box turtles who use the pond as a toilet. There is no filter in it for me. (I know, I know. ) Cleaning the pond is difficult because we had to build a bridge to keep the turtles from drowning. So there's a cypress lattice barrier in place - with a concrete stairwell to the top a few rocks to help turtles exit As a result, I don't want to dismantle the whole thing more than once a month. But this year, for some reason, the pond went from normal to bizarre in a matter of days. Cleaning and changing the water were ineffective. I had assumed that the pond would have to be removed. Then I came across these kinds of products. This particular brand was recommended in every article I read, and now I understand why. It has exceeded expectations in every way. The little bubbles, as well as what appeared to be an oil slick, have vanished. It doesn't smell like a swamp anymore. All of this progress occurred in less than 24 hours! The only minor stumbling block I encountered was calculating dosage. I simply weighed and divided the contents of the scoop. br>I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this purchase.
I had my doubts, but it turned out to be a success. We live in Florida and have a small fish pond in our backyard that was already there when we arrived. There were small goldfish in it who had survived on their own for several years. The pond has been cleaned out, and the fish have grown to be enormous. We've had issues with green water in the past and have tried a variety of solutions. We have a pond pump that has a filter and produces a lot of oxygen. We've got some floating lettuce and hyacinths, as well as a shade cloth to keep the fish cool. During the spring and summer, the water turned soup green and refused to clear, no matter how many times we cleaned the filter. As a result, we did a PH check. It was too acidic, so we decided (after doing some research) that it needed good bacteria to balance the PH. ) This item was effective. It isn't completely clear yet, but it is the clearest it has ever been. If you're having similar problems, this product is highly recommended. We haven't lost any fish since using it, and they're all healthy and happy.
Great product; I've had trouble controlling bacteria and water consistency in the past. My tank was turning brown due to the new house and water. For three months, I drank RO filtered water to see if I could fix it. RO water changes seemed to work for a while, but after a week, everything was back to normal. When I first received this product, the water was almost clear after the second water change. If you do not have access to a large pond, this will last.
If you use too much, your water will become cloudy for a while, but the right amount will keep your water clear and my pond will not stink. br>I overfeed my fish because I enjoy feeding them and they enjoy eating. But so far, I've had no issues.
For years, I had been using a natural pond maintenance product with satisfactory results. When I couldn't get that product anymore, I switched to this and noticed a significant difference right away. This is something I really enjoy.
My order spilled everywhere because the lid wasn't completely closed! Returned.
This product has exceeded my expectations, but it has seen a significant price increase.
I've been using it as directed for over a month and have yet to see any results.
