My wife purchased this to supplement the other machine but it doesn't seem to work well. It is in the wrong place for the cutter. The item should be situated at the edge so it can be torn down easily. There is a problem where it is , that the tape has to be fed through again and you can accidently spill In order to cut off the tape, we are now using a scissor.
There is a problem with the cutter part. Consequently, you will have to fill up the reservoir constantly since the water evaporates very quickly. It's easier for me to simply cut my own tape and use a sponge at the sink instead of buying tape. A product I purchased has been returned.
The blade cuts the paper perfectly with its sheerness and smooth function.
It is necessary to use scissors to cut the tape. In the event that I pull through to use the blade, extra toes are wet which I will not be using. The cutter on the device is not as good as it should be.
In my small business, I have been using this program, and I have to say - I am impressed I can't imagine how I lived without this! It has made shipping a million times faster having a water tape dispenser, especially since we want to use an eco-friendly tape. I love the product. It does what it says on the box.

This product is great, but it is missing one of the pieces and I'm not sure how I can get a replacement. While the product is good, there is a piece missing that would make it even better.
