This adhesive is great when tying flies for fishing, especially rubber foam, which is where it is used. It doesn't matter how long I keep them in or out of water. I never see my flies come apart. It is possible that none of the rubber types will suit your application. Thus, you may want to contact Crazy Glue customer support to determine if it is suitable

Did you ever use a brand of glue that was meant to have super strength and quick adhesion, and then struggled to get it out of a metal tube that had been previously used, and found the nozzle blocked? Once you squeeze, the metal tube explodes and the fast drying glue covers you. You would then have to remove the unbent paperclip from the nozzle before the fast drying glue could reach you. It sticks to every object you use to wipe it off, including your body, and you settle for a nail file with an 038 round tip to buff it off. Do you recognize that sound? It is for this reason that I use Kraxy glues. This apparatus does not contain a tube, a nozzle, or any of those poorly designed elements. The pen is a writing instrument. I was not expecting that this dispenser would not clog as other super glue tubes I have used in the past. Furthermore, it is very easy to apply superglue in small drops in precise places. When I use this applicator, I never get glue on my hands.
