However, I must note that I returned the stapler due to its poor performance, even though it matches the dimensions noted above. It was jamming after a week of very light usage, maybe 5 times a day. It got stuck every time I tried to use The manufacturer did not respond to my contact, even though I contacted them. I returned the item to Amazon and Amazon refunded my money

Keep quiet, please! I have owned a variety of electric and manual staplers during the course of my time as a procurement specialist for over twenty five years. A few weeks ago, I needed to replace our electric hot water heater and was disappointed to see that the model I had specified for years has been I took a chance and used the Powerhouse Electric Stapler Kit as I had never heard of PraxxisPro. As soon as I received it, I put it through its paces and found it to be an excellent Having said that, if I had to point out one flaw, I would point out that there is no storage area for additional staples (takes one entire In addition to the stapler sitting about 3/4" above the desk, I had another stapler that sat a few inches above the desk (bottom was storage) and I found that I was able to insert papers at that height PraxessPro Electric Stapler is a great investment, it is well built and has great value, it is also available in handheld staplers that appear well-made and well designed.
It was purchased as a piece of equipment for my office. I like to be accurate at work and make the most of my time. Ideally, I would like an automatic stapler that allows me to slip my papers under the sensor and staple them right on. Despite it seeming to promise it, this product did not fulfill those promises. When I use the automatic staple function, I have to sit there and wait for ten minutes. If it even follows through with the automatic function, I have to hit the manual staple button 99% of the time. There is a 15-second lag time between the papers being registered. I've slowed down as a result of it, which is the opposite of what I was striving Additionally, it is a much larger file than I anticipated, so it takes up more room on my desk than I expected.
Despite its quietness, this unit is very energy efficient. As compared to Bostitch Impulse 45 staples, the staples are strong and do not come off. You can also use regular staples with it. As you can see (see attached photo), there is a problem 1) underneath the staple, the paper is stained with oil. In the end, it was no use trying to use a Qtip to clean the inside of the puncher. There is no erasing of the oil stain 3) the trigger mechanism is defective. This is why some users complain here about only being able to use the manual staple button and it never automatically staples for them. It seems to me that the trigger mechanism is a little shorter than it should be so you have to deliberately place the stack of paper to the RIGHT of the machine to activate it 3) Because of 2) above, the staple is not placed at a 45-degree angle. The trigger mechanism is inadvertently designed to be in the wrong place, which leads to it being slightly to the right. Although it has its flaws, it is mostly functional. It's great that it can handle more than 25 pages, as that's what I'm looking for. Since it is as it is, I will probably keep it. It is hoped that it will help future buyers make an informed decision.
This sensor is supposed to detect when the stapling area is being filled with a document, but so far it doesn't work very well. There is something I need to re-explain Staplers need to dial in the angle (usually 3 to 8 times) before they realize that a document needs to be stapled. It's a little bar that needs to be physically pushed, so that's a big problem. What a waste of time! When the sensor does work, its timing is so erratic that you might be in the process of reassembly or reassembly of your document, so the staple may not be at the correct place for you. You wouldn't want to do that!.
As far as staplers go, I've had some that don't jam as much as this one. Two to three times a day I have to stop what I'm doing to take out the staple strip Although it performs well when it is working properly, it is extremely irritating to constantly have issues with it. If you have 3 sheets of paper in front of you, it is no more likely to happen than if you have Not happy with the results.
I staple a lot of items on a daily basis as part of my job. Putting this in perspective, I staple around 600 sheets of paper every day, without exaggeration. We staple 1000 items every day, 7 days a week, with each staple going through an average of five items This is a 6-sheet document. Buying this stapler in January 2018 was a great decision for me. Several electric staplers have been purchased from different companies in the past. The majority of them have failed relatively quickly due to irreparable jamming caused by such a high volume of traffic. I am proud to show you the first stapler to stand the test of time. It has stapled relentlessly and There was only one issue early on when one of my coworkers broke the small plastic tab that made the stapler Tape was used to fix this problem. A small cardboard tab-usually torn-up-had to be swapped out from time to time. It should be possible to design a more robust tab. If you want it to work properly, you should treat it gently and not ask it to do more than its design calls for. My overall impression is that this stapler is highly recommended, especially in environments that require high volumes of staples.
The guy has been in our office for 2 years. He is a very paper-driven worker. My office environment requires a lot of productivity, and it has been a joy If your stack is 45 or fewer sheets, it glides through it without breaking a sweat using nothing more than the standard (and the premium) version of The staple has been stapled four times. There is nothing more satisfying than passing a large stack of paper through this machine if you have ever struggled with stapling packets. I give it 5 stars There is only one thing that detracts from it. Paper can be put in crooked or have the stack not lined up before the stapler grabs it, leading to a missing half of the stack or a tilted packet, so you need to be mindful of that and fit your stack underneath the sensor straight. Nonetheless, this thing cost $45 at the time when we bought it, and I don't see how one would expect a better product at that price. Investing in it was very good for us.
A few years ago, I bought myself an Optima 45, but it was discontinued, so I tried it on my coworker, and I am happy to report that it continues to work great, while the optima has been jamming for a while now. A good selection of staples is included with it as well. My boss bought another Praxxis about six months ago, and we haven't run out of staples between all of our staplers yet. purchased this one to replace my old OEM and thought it deserved a review on here.
