The staples I use in mine are regular desktop staples.

What is included in the package, is there a pack of 2000 heavy duty staples?

The manual does not say it comes with 2000 staples and they can be purchased separately, each coming with about 50. As a result, the description is accurate.

Because they can range from light to heavy, I dislike the term heavy duty

Heavy duty can be anything from a little to a lot, and I hate the words because they can be applied to many things. I thought this was a little confusing at first. Only does a few things better than your average This is a very disappointing experience. The stapler is a good REGULAR stapler which is why it got three stars.

Generally, it's a high quality stapler from a trusted brand, although there was a bit of a disappointment as the package did not come with 2000 staples as promised. Despite the stapler being only a single unit and only having 25 staples preloaded, it still worked fine.
