Questions & Answers
After applying heat to adhere the film to the surface, it is peeled away. The image you printed on it is all that's left. It would adhere to the window if you printed an image on the paper, applied it to the window, and then heated it (with a hairdryer). When the film had cooled, you would peel it away, leaving the image you had printed on the window - Other than that, nothing.
This is something that the new W1 can do.
There isn't any glue included.

It will take time and practice to figure out which method is best for the item you're decaling. You'll need an adhesive, and I've been using Micro Set so far, but I'm going to order some of the manufacturer's products to try. br>Newsflash - I bought some W1 glue directly from the manufacturer, and it works much better for me than Micro Set. I'm going to apply it over painted surfaces and then bake it for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. While the decal is still warm and pliable, I remove it. I am extremely pleased with the outcome.
The new Type M will be a very different experience for Type A users. The glue is a lot thicker and a lot more powerful. After heating the Type M, removing the film is significantly more difficult than it was with the Type A. The print quality is always excellent, but the large amount of glue residue left behind is an issue. Alcohol has mixed results when it comes to removing excess glue. I gave it a 4 because it's VERY easy to get a crisp print with the new Type M, but it's not clean, the glue is a pain, and I'm hoping it gets better in the future.
I liked the idea of it not being film-free, so it would appear to be a painted image rather than a decal outline, but there was one issue. Because the product did not include the "special w2 glue" required to adhere the image to the product, I did some research and discovered that I could order it from Sunnyscopa online. The item cost $14, but shipping cost $15. It cost me $29 in total, which was more than the paper cost me! I have the impression that I am being held prisoner. Either buy the glue or waste the money you spent on the paper. . . grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
The description does not make it clear that you'll need their special W1 or W2 glue to use this paper, and these glues aren't available on Amazon. They can be purchased on their website, where the shipping cost ($14) exceeds the product cost, resulting in a bill of more than $50 for a $19 paper. I believe I will send it back.
Best of luck with the glue.
