Although I am a seamstress, these scissors wouldn't be close to what I would use to cut through most fabrics, BUT they would cut through heavy felt very well. This pair of shoes is really well-made. You can get them here!
Although I am not left handed, when I tried to cut with my left hand, I found none of the blades to be uncomfortable. I hope
were good and were razor sharp, I liked them very much. In the event that they are defective, they can be returned. In order to hold it in place, you could use glue like crazy glue in the hole for the scre. Using good holding glue on metal is possible with many options available. Some of them probably exist in your life already. Here is a suggestion that might be helpful.

With such sharp teeth, they can cut through thick cardboard and thick plastic like It's a solid piece of metal with a metal screw and a bolt. There is a smooth finish to it. The scissors are still in stock, so I bought three more. Having her westcott scissors since she got married over 50 years ago and still using them is a testament to their quality. Her blades have never had to be sharpened. There should be scissors in every room of the house. This pair of scissors is fantastic.
A well made pair of scissors that has the feel of high quality. They look as if they will last for a long time and can be resharpened on many occasions. There are two down sides to this. As a starter, they are heavy-weight scissors. While I am able to work with these fine, I can imagine some people with diminished strength or arthritis, or other issues related to the wrist, hand, and fingers would find them difficult to handle. In addition to the thumb and finger openings being small, they are on the small side. I have large hands for a woman, so others may think these are just right, but I would find it impossible to use them if they were Despite the aforementioned challenges, I am happy with the scissors for myself, but I want to point out possible problems for others as well.
I truly believe that these scissors are one of the best pairs I've It worked for me on basically everything I've put it to, even cutting through 32 oz carpets with ease. As an interior designer, I regularly cut fabrics, open boxes, cut wire/silk flowers and toothpicks, slice up carpet samples, etc. I love how easy they are to use as fabric shears or box cutters, and how well they fit in my hands. These beautiful, heavy-duty doors are also sturdy. We ordered a pair of scissors for everyone at the office after everyone kept asking to borrow mine. They have been a huge hit ever since.
Their love is unconditional. We bought 2 pairs and do not have any complaints about these scissors. They are sturdy steel scissors like the ones they used to make and can be disassembled and sharpened when necessary. The heft in the hand is good, but the weight is too much. Apparently, the copper plating (I assume plating because it is so expensive) has a clear coat so it won't fade. Getting rid of the throwaway scissors is now possible. The scissors I buy now will probably be the last ones I The purchase was a good one for me. The handle was mentioned by some reviewers as being problematic. is a small area where the clear coat has shifted, I'm assuming from movement of the scissor, but it does not undermine the beauty or quality of the scissors, and I am a picky perfectionist. I would buy these again if I had to. I remember my grandmother's sewing scissors from when I was growing up. This makes them not safe for use in children's crafts because of their sharp edges.
This is a good product, but be careful with it because I cut my finger the first time I used it. Furthermore, the scissors are really heavy, so if you're after some light scissors, you may need to scroll up. The scissors cut through most materials but are heavy duty and can be used for much more than just paper.
This is a heavy duty and beautiful piece! The thickness of these scissors is wonderful, and they're going to be kept in my house to save me from having to use a butter knife. The tip of these scissors is perfect I'll be buying a couple more. I find them to be a great accent to my office decor.
