What is the effect of this on soundproofing?

I wouldn't say that at all! The main purpose of this is to mount art. It was for hanging puzzles in frames that I used them.

Can these be burnt or are they flame-proof Are they fire-resistant?

I just wanted to let you know that this foam board material is neither fire-resistant nor flame-resistant

Would you please tell me what the smallest quantity one can buy of this is? As I only require two panels (32 x 40 inches). ?

I don't understand how 30 x 29 are shipping dimensions. The sum of 29 x 2 is 30. When the boards measure 30 x 40, how long is 44 inches?

10 packs of the product are in my possession. All dimensions were within a 1/16" on the boards, which were 40" x 30". There's a possibility that the description of one of the items has been mistyped on the website.

Sturdy yet light display board that is great for displays. During the course of the year, I use these to celebrate the AP exam success of my students. Since the boards are a bit thick, a regular pushpin would not be able to hold them firmly and enduringly on the wall. However, I have a few extras I plan to use instead It is hard to push pins that are long. After buying Elmer's products for eight years, I decided to try this brand for the first time The boards are Staples brand, but these ones are fantastic and none were damaged in the shipping process. However, the deal was too good to pass up, so I have to store the extra boards all year. (Sorry I cannot take a picture, since the students' faces are on it, but it turned out great and the students loved it.

Adhesives don't work so well for me

Despite its great qualities, this product isn't for everyone I didn't quite get what I wanted from it, given what I used it for. The foam shriveled up after being exposed to the adhesive, so my movie posters have bubbles in them. I used it to display movie posters in my home theater, and the foam shriveled up after being exposed to the adhesive.

I think it's the best ever! Very sturdy and firm. For some that were cosmetically defective, I was able to get a great deal! I love it! Totally fine.

The back of a puzzle piece

A notable benefit of the sheets is that they are sturdy but are easily cut to fit they are light enough for framed wall hangings I purchased my hobby store's individual sheets for much less than the cost per sheet. Both my wife and I enjoy solving puzzles, and these boards are excellent for displaying.
