That is possible, I would say. As for the board itself, it seems to be sturdy enough, and I think the adhesive would hold as well. I like that idea very much!

The foam board is pricey, but it's a good foam board

My husband is a photographer, so he uses this foam board to back some of his larger photos that won't be framed. In his opinion, this foam board has great versatility and would be a good recommendation.
