For the past eight years, I've purchased and used motion detector lights. I started with battery-powered lights, then moved on to solar for outside because it's difficult to find a good solar light, and I've bought so many AA batteries to keep feeding my old Mr. Beams motion detectors that I keep Costco afloat. br>I was looking for a light for our stairwell when I came across these. The lights come with a built-in magnet, as well as mounting stickers with a flat piece of metal on them. So all you have to do is pull the cover off the sticky side and hold it in place for 30 seconds, and the light will stay put on the metal mount. These are mounted on the lower side of my wooden handrailing and hold the light in place perfectly. I had to un-un-un-un- un-un-un-un- Stick one of them in place and reposition it; there's not enough sticky stuff that you can't carefully remove it, but there's enough sticky stuff that I was able to install it a second time, even on wood, and it held up very well. My lights are turned down, and the motion detector detects movement just fine as you walk down the stairs. br>The fact that they're rechargeable with a mini-USB was a game changer for me. No more squandering batteries for me thanks to the USB connection! br>I strongly suggest it.

  This magnetic motion light was purchased to complement my metal "Wall Control" black pegboard with metal shelf. br>There are black chargers for my camera batteries under the shelf. br>It looks great and provides plenty of light for that area, which makes my job a lot easier! br>br>The charging rate is slow, at only 1. According to my USB meter test, the light consumes 5 watts, but given how small it is, I believe this is acceptable.

This light appeared to be well-made, and it was simple to install in my RV. I plugged it in and it charged in a couple of hours; I used it for a few days before plugging it in to recharge because the light was dimming. It will no longer accept a charge. When plugged in, it doesn't even turn on. It's no longer alive. I am dissatisfied with my current situation. I'm hoping that the warranty they advertise will be beneficial to me. I'm not sure how to get in touch with them to find out. Help! br>br>10- br>br>br>br>br>br>b The number 21 has been re-examined. I discovered how to get in touch with Alivation, the company. They promptly dispatched a replacement light to me. I give them a five-star rating in terms of customer service. Very well done. At this time, the new light is working perfectly. It could be a little brighter, to be honest. I would not hesitate to purchase more Alivation items in the future. Alivation, I appreciate it.

Above the kitchen sink, I was hoping for a bit more light. On high, motion is completely unusable, but on medium, it is fantastic. OK for a little light, but not enough to do the dishes in. I'm not pleased with myself.

There were three of this item in the package. Each one has its own charging cord, which I used to illuminate my desk's keyboard (stuck it above the keyboard tray and charged it from my UPS). It's very adaptable thanks to the motion sensor. I don't use my keyboard all of the time, but it's convenient to have it available when I do. My pantry cabinet's door received a second light, and the motion-activated sensor activated once more. sensor gives you a lot of information I haven't used the third light yet, but I'm confident it will be available when and where I need it. br>br>The charging cords are a little short for my taste, but any USB-powered device will suffice. These lights accept any type of charging cord. You can also use the cords that come with the kit and plug them into an adapter and extension if needed. The battery can be charged again and again.

We installed them under our cabinets in the kitchen and were so pleased with them that we ordered more to install under the handrails of our home's stairs. We'll most likely order a few of the longer ones as well for our closets. They have a strong feel to them. It isn't cheap and it isn't of good quality. We give it a 5 out of 5 rating. They're beautifully made!.

It's perfect for a dark pantry. Because the motion sensor is mounted above the door, it must be triggered by raising your hand. However, that has a lot to do with where I'm mounting it. That could be improved with a little more sensitivity. The lighting is ideal for the pantry. Because we only use it a few times a day, the battery lasts a long time. I've had it for over a week and it's still on the first charge. It was simple to install, and I like the way it looks and works.

This is so good that I'm going to order it again. It outperforms every other rechargeable, movable light on the market. For what I needed, it was the perfect size and brightness. I also purchased two other motion lights, but this one was by far the best.
