Sure, why not? When I work, I have to sit up straight because the average ergonomic chair does not allow me to do so. This back cushion, on the other hand, provides excellent support and hits just the right spot on my back to ensure that I am comfortable in an upright sitting position. I'm able to improve my computer posture and alleviate some stenosis-related back pain. Seating is also made more pleasant by the presence of a seat cushion.
It did the job, but it wasn't particularly pleasant to sit in. I didn't use the back cushion because the foam was too hard. Because of my sciatic pain, I only used the butt cushion to get up from my seat. Yes, it looks nice, but if you're looking for support and comfort, a softer cushion is a better choice.

The product is extremely beneficial. Because I work at a desk for 8 hours a day and have degenerative disc disease, I'd be in excruciating pain by the end of the day. I've noticed a significant difference since starting to use this product! The pain has significantly decreased, making long periods of sitting much more manageable.
I work as a call center representative and am fortunate to be able to work from home during this ordeal, but it's a sitter's job, and I'm not very good at it, lol! br>br>I'm 5'1" and about five pounds overweight for my normal weight of 112, and this cushion doesn't appear to be going flat anytime soon. The seat cushion is about as wide as a standard airplane seat, so I'm not sure how wider booties would react. br>br>The lumbar support cushion has straps that tighten like backpack straps AND are made of elastic, allowing the pad to "hug" the back of the chair so there's no slippage. br>br>The seat cushion lacks straps, which I believe would greatly improve the product, but it does have "grippy" fabric on the bottom side with raised rubber polka dots, so it stays in place. br>br>Both cushions have removable velour fabric covers. The lettering on the seat cushion is upside down when the cushion is facing the correct direction, which irritates me! For years, I've had herniated discs in my lower back, and now I'm dealing with degenerative discs. The pain and strain of sitting for long periods of time is greatly reduced with the use of these cushions. Not only do these cushions provide excellent support, but they are also extremely comfortable, unlike many other products. I'm excited to take the cushion with me on my upcoming vacation.

This product is fantastic because it allows me to sit and read for longer periods of time. I take it with me everywhere I go, especially places where I might have to wait, such as the doctor's office! When I used to have to lie down because of pain while sitting, I now enjoy doing my work sitting down. I don't care for the back support cushion that came with it, but my cat does, and she gives it 5 stars ***** Thank you very much!.
I bought these as a set to help with posture and reduce fatigue/pain from working on a computer for long periods of time. My office chair already had a lot of lumbar support, so adding the back cushion was too much for me, but the pillow helped me get up in the chair and get better alignment. My husband snatched up the lumbar support for his chair and loves it. The stretchy straps even clipped around his colossal office chair, allowing the size to be adjusted all around. A card in the package advertised a free gift if you left a review, which I did, and they responded by email, saying that they had decided not to give any more free gifts, but that I could have a coupon for a discount on another product from their company instead. They didn't include a coupon, and I don't want to buy another product because they aren't being upfront and honest with me.

On my lower back, the memory foam is extremely comfortable and aids in keeping me upright. Wrapping the bands around a gaming chair was a bit of a tight fit, but it all worked out! What a great product!.
