Questions & Answers

What is the size of the bolts included? I'm looking for bolts to replace the ones I already have. Thanks. ?

I'm not sure what I'm saying. They're not the same as the original office chair handles, but they get the job done.

Can you assist me with chair arms that have screw holes spaced 6" apart?

This arm pad has four inch spacing between screw holes.

Since April 2018, there have been three of these
3/5

My office chair, which I purchased in 1998 for $700, has served me well. The arm rest, however, had split after 20 years, and I needed new ones. I looked everywhere for an OEM replacement, but it appears that Lazy Boy is no longer producing office chairs. So I went ahead and purchased them. And the pad on this armrest split where the elbow hits after only two months. I complained to PoBoy, who promptly responded with a free replacement set of armrests. I'm replacing the chair for the third and final time in less than a year. These items are simply manufactured at the lowest cost possible. They can't take the pressure of your weight shifting by pressing down a little on the armrest. They get two stars because they tried to replace them, but they only get two stars because they don't last long enough to be considered a useful product.

For a while, they worked perfectly
3/5

Of course, they still "work," but a crack has become a hole, as you can see. This occurred within the last month (I purchased them in late February). I use the chair every day, and the arm rest is on the side where I rest my arm while using my mouse and pen/tablet (graphic design), so it's understandable that it would show wear and tear first. However, the arms that came with the chair lasted over 10 years, so I'm disappointed that these have only lasted 7 months. I'm sure I'll find something else to replace them with. I'm not sure what I'll get or where I'll get it yet. However, despite their low cost, I would rather spend more money on something that will last longer.

I don't want to buy another chair because I like mine so much
4/5

I love my chair and didn't want to buy another, but the armrests were falling apart, so I was considering removing them entirely. They attach to the underside of the seat on this chair without requiring any structural support. "Perhaps I can locate the manufacturer and place an order for replacement pads," I reasoned. "br>Who knew there was such a thing as an industry? Is there a broad standard for arm rests on office chairs? The vast majority of them, it appears, use 4 inch spacing and either 1/4-inch or 1/2-inch spacing. Screws: 20 or M6 br>These look very similar to the originals; They're a little different in shape, and the foam rubber may be a little harder, but I have non-toxic alternatives. Now that my arm is broken, I'm at ease. br>The only thing is that I wish the perimeter groove was either softer or non-existent. existent. It has a couple of sharp edges that aren't particularly comfortable if you brush against or lean against them incorrectly. Granted, that groove perfectly matches the original arm rests, so it could be due to engineering or manufacturing. My chair is going to have a new lease on life.

Very good quality
5/5

They were made to go together. This office chair's original, low-cost plastic arm rests have completely disintegrated. I was about to toss the chair out the window. These replacement arm rests caught me off guard. They turned out to be far superior to the original low-cost arm rests they replaced. These are arm rests that have been hard molded. It's worth noting that the (2) attaching bolt holes are all the same size. 00 inches apart is the distance between the two points. This office chair is a perfect fit for it. It comes highly recommended.

It only lasted about a year before it cracked
3/5

I bought my first set in June 2018 and it lasted until February 2020 (it was cracked in the middle). From February to April, the second set lasted. From the year 2020 to the present (January 2021 - ) cracks in the middle once more). Now I'm on the lookout for a replacement, but it won't be from this company. This set taught me a valuable lesson.

What I was looking for
4/5

This is exactly what I was looking for. One of them won't fit unless the holes in the chair are modified, and the other was difficult to align the screws on but still fit. I only needed one, so I'm in luck; however, determining whether the hole alignment is due to the part or the chair is difficult.

The fit is perfect
5/5

These fit perfectly on my second-hand, no-name chair at a reasonable price. I took measurements of the old armrests and compared them to the numbers on these. They slid right in without a hitch. Replacements are very nice.

It only lasted about 6 months
3/5

It was simple to put together, and the included components were a perfect fit for my chair. Unfortunately, after 6 months of use, a crack in the middle of the pad is beginning to form, and it is already getting longer by the day. I can actually feel it separating in the middle now. br>br>The price is appealing. However, it is possible that it will not last as long as you wish.
