Questions & Answers

What are the measurements of the underside's rectangular recessed area?

It's 5. 9" * 1. 85"*15cm*4=85"*15cm*4=85"* 7cm).

What size bolts do these take? They were missing bolts, and the ones from my previous arm rest were slightly thicker. ?

M6 screws are used to secure the Oak Leaf arm pads. Before ordering, I measured my existing screws and was fortunate that the original arm pads used M6 screws as well. They should be available at your local Home Depot. br>br>According to Google: br>M6 threads are metric screws with a diameter of 6mm. M6 x 1 is the name of the standard metric rack screw. It's metric, as indicated by the 'M'. The '6' represents the outside diameter in millimeters, and the '1' represents the distance between adjacent threads in millimeters as well. Outside of the United States, metric threads are widely used in HP and other international companies' products. By using a ruler to measure the diameter of an M6 screw, you can identify it. It will be 6 mm in diameter, or slightly more than 7/32 inch (0. 228″).

Will these work with a Hon chair that has adjustable arms (up and down, not swivel)?

To see if it will fit, take a measurement of the metal portion of the underside of your chair's arm rest. It is recommended that the metal portion be a 5 on a scale of 1 to 10. 9" long, 1" wide 85" in length The screws are spaced 4 inches apart. Because the measurements on my chair were identical, this was an ideal replacement.

Is this pad compatible with the Steelcase Leap v1 chair?

I haven't decided yet. I compared the spacing on my chair to the dimensions in the ad, and they were spot on, as were the pictures.

Costco Office Star chairs are a good replacement for the old but still nice ones
4/5

Office Star 54563 adjustable task chairs, which I purchased from Costco many years ago, are in perfect shape and appearance. br>br>These arm rests are a perfect visual match for the old ones, and the holes were perfectly aligned (3 and 7/8 inches center-to-center). According to my calculations, the center). Although the cushion material is stiffer than my original rests, this will not be an issue for us. br>br>These don't come with screws, and I read in another review that the screw threads aren't the same as those that came with the chair. I was able to mount three of the four rests without stripping the threads. That one has a slight sway, but I think I'll be able to live with it. br>br>(Installation advice: If you're doing the same, be careful to use a lot of insertion force on the screwdriver and make sure it bottoms out snugly. ) Take an armrest and an old screw to a hardware store, where you can get new screws with the proper thread pitch, as another reviewer did. )br>br>I'm delighted to have my old chairs' backrests restored. With a couple of large wheel kits, these should last another decade or so. Thank you! br>br>.

When the armrests on your office chair start to fall apart, don't go out and buy a new one
5/5

Instead, get these! I was overjoyed when I came across these arm-replacement options. I'm going to use these on my office chair as footrests. I despise it when the arm is dragged behind my back. The rests crumble, and the plastic outer shell develops sharp edges, resulting in small fragments falling to the floor. These Oak Leaf replacement office chair arm rests fit perfectly on my office chair, and I saved a lot of money by purchasing them rather than replacing the entire office chair because the arm rests had become uncomfortable. It's simple to take out the old arm rests and replace them with these new ones. Make sure to take a measurement of your current arm-length. rests, especially the distance between the screw holes on the underside where they attach to the chair's arms. These were a perfect fit for my chair, but they may not be for everyone's, so take your measurements carefully. If the measurements match, go ahead and buy them!.

It was perfect for my old office chair
4/5

It was perfect for my office chair. I had misplaced the old bolts, so I went to my local HD and purchased four new ones. 1/4" metric SAE bolts In hardware stores that sell individual loose bolts, look for 20 (1/4 inch thick with a thread pitch of 20 turns per inch). The bolt's exact code is ACC, and the description is Hex Bolt Zinc 1/4 x 3/4 (ACC). Minor gripe: br>br> Because the material is slick, I rubbed the pads with a cloth dampened with rubbing alcohol. Optional soft pads, which I purchased on Amazon a few years ago, are also shown. I was fed up with having to replace office chairs because one of my cats scratched the edges. Everyone appears to be content now.

Firm and long-lasting lasting
5/5

I'm hoping they'll last longer because they're not as "squishy" as my previous set. They're not as stiff as plastic, but they're also not as squishy as other short-term arm pads. You have an excellent appearance. Despite their firmness, they are quite comfortable. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> I'm bumping up my rating from 4 to 5 after a few more months of use. These are proving to be a huge success. There was nothing more I could ask for. They are extremely relaxing. 2. br>br>1. br>br>br>br>br>br AN EXTENSIVE REVISION HAS BEEN MADE IN THE P STILL RUNNING AND LOOKING GREAT AFTER MORE THAN TWO YEARS. 5 years of near-death experiences on a regular basis Would buy again, but it will most likely take a few more years.

HL-Flash Furniture HL-Flash Furniture HL-Flash Furniture HL- 0001- GG is an acronym for "good luck
5/5

" "Flash Furniture Mid-Century Modern" was the item I purchased. [1] office chair 4. "Back Black Mesh Multifunction Executive Swivel Ergonomic Office Chair with Adjustable Arms" It had been five years. With the passage of time, the original arm rests began to crack, and I was able to replace them with these arm rests (using the chair's four existing screws and an allen wrench). Although loosening and tightening the screws was tedious, and one of my chair's original screws turned out to be stripped, the installation went smoothly. br>br>The arm rests are nearly identical to the originals (same shape and color), but they are slightly narrower when viewed from the top (which isn't a problem; they still feel the same). One of my HON cracked armrests was properly replaced
5/5

EDIT: I raised my rating from two to five stars on August 27, 2019. The replacement order arrived at my door. I now have an extra arm rest thanks to the delivery of a two-pack, bringing my total to three. Despite the fact that I wish the seller had included screws that were appropriate for the armrest's size, the wobble in the pads does not bother me during my workday. I'd buy these again without a doubt. br>br>EDIT 8/23/19: Received an email apologizing for the error and informing me that a new set of arm rests would be shipped in 5 business days. 7 days. When they arrive, I'll update the rating. My four-year-old HON Basyx task chair (HVL532) was replaced by the arm pad. There is a small wobble in the pad because it is not screwed in far enough to secure it. This does not bother me, and despite being slightly smaller than the original (see image), it feels equal to the remaining HON arm rest. To make it more universal, there is an oval opening for the screws, but keep your old chair screws in case you don't get any. br>My main issue is that I only received one of the two arm rest pads listed for this product; I've already installed one, so I'll contact the seller to see if the other can be shipped to me. If this is the case, I'll make a change to my review.

Replacement Arm Chair Pads that are good
5/5

These armchair pads are extremely comfortable. My old ones were cracked and falling apart, and my arms were getting a little rough around the edges. My arms feel normal again after using these replacement pads, which look nearly identical to the old pads. br>br>KNOW WHAT YOU'RE GETTING INTO: br>On the bottom side of one of the new pads, there was an "L," while the other pad was blank. I installed the "L" pad on the left chair arm (as if I were sitting in the chair) and the blank pad on the right chair arm, as is customary. My arms, on the other hand, were not at ease. As a result, I placed the "L" pad on the right chair arm and the blank on the left. My arms were now at ease.

I added these to the handles of my office chair
5/5

I tried all of the strap-on cushions, but they all slid around and didn't feel very comfortable. br>br>It was simple to incorporate these into my hard armchair. I simply drilled four holes four inches apart and used bolts I already had on hand. They were easy to put on and didn't sag. Mounting system that is solid. They're a lot more comfortable than my previous stiff arms. This was the most cost-effective way to make my office chair more comfortable.
