Upon installation and set up, this item is great, but the directions cost over a hundred pages. The directions are written in large font, which is a plus, and are also very All in all, I spent roughly two hours setting As soon as it is finished, the sound is excellent, and the pictures are great, but you have to put your own pictures on As far as I can tell, the only thing I want to be aware of is that the pictures don't light up when it rings. It does announce the callers name, however, if you turn that feature on. If you have that contact listed in your phone book, this will appear over the phone. The experience was worth it all in the end. I'd buy again, but only if it was more expensive.
It is questionable. I have to say that this phone works great, I am sure my aging aunt is delighted with Besides this list of requirements, it must also undergo tests for functionality and other factors before it can be "renewed". In the time since I hooked up the phone, 28 missed calls had already come in. Seeing so many names and numbers in the phonebook, I then picked up the phone. On top of that, there were several messages on the answering machine, some of which were personal. That means either the company doesn't go through the functionality checks and just repackages the returns or they don't care if they send it out with all this personal information.
Thank you so much! The reason I bought this for my 88-year-old mother was because she was having difficulty hearing and pushing the right buttons. Also, I bought a push-button landline phone that you can upload pictures to. That feature is very appealing to her. Both of these phones can also be heard clearly by her. Her memory has been affected by dementia, but we can still help her with our pictures if she needs them. This is a great phone, very happy with it.
As a tool in our family, it allows mom to continue to use the phone as she pleases. For her to be able to call consistently, she is able to see the visual buttons on her home base. This many pictures will provide enough space to accommodate the number of persons she calls, including international calls home to I would like to thank you all for your support.
There is no need for her to remember any numbers. We are easy to call! Just click on our picture!.
I was told that this phone would be perfect for Senior Citizens, but it was an entirely confusing device for my grandmother. She was able to call the 4 numbers she programmed using the protocol 3 steps at a time one day, but all her calls were in Spanish. It is not advisable for senior citizens to use this phone.
It was purchased for my grandma who is a little hard of hearing, and I ordered it directly from the company. In every aspect, it needs to be more user-friendly, but she is having a hard time getting it to work, and I agree that it needs to be more user-friendly.
I've got Infinity VoIP phone services. I've got the main phone working fine, but the cordless is not connecting. It says "out of range" while being right next to the main phone. The same thing happens when I use a second cordless phone. The troubleshooting guide in the booklet or online does not offer any solutions to this issue. I cannot reach anyone at Vtech. Frustrating and disappointing to say the least.
