It is possible to expand this system to a total of six A new handset model is the It is my hope that this is helpful. Thank you, Jack, for helping me find the place
The device can be turned off, but I cannot remember how to do it. There is a guide in the owners manual that explains how to do this. Also, you can instruct your phone what you want it to say when you receive a call. For example, if your mom were to call you, you can have the phone say "call from Mom" or other name you choose.
The cordless handset does allow you to hear the answering machine both as the message is being recorded and when you play it back. The only disappointment I have is that the handset does not notify you when a new message is arrived. It was handy to have my old phone light up on top when there was a message, which gave me an alert to check for something.

This phone has a feature that blocks calls, which is why I bought it. In order to not ring or only ring once when a blocked call comes in, you can choose to set it up either way. The battle of blocking telemarketers is never ending because the numbers of the telemarketers keep changing. However, since I got this phone, it has been much more peaceful around the house.
I bought this phone 3 months ago and the battery caused some corrosion in the handset. When the handset is left on the charger, it will repeatedly beep at random intervals. My Amazon account was automatically updated to send me a replacement even though my return period had passed. It wouldn't be a good gift for a friend to get.
After a move, Att had poor reception at the new address (I trusted)
Put in Home Office Phone after using a Cell (17 years). I bought this phone and liked all its features until it suddenly started flashing lights and shutting down. * I over and over contacted Panasonic, but they never provided any customer service* They emailed me to refer to the No answer when I called them after they said to call them within 30 days, so I finally contacted Amazon. To their credit, Amazon sent me another phone, which worked for 60 days and then it stopped working! There was no power to the base unit, and it was not an A nephew of mine (an IT specialist for Wells Fargo Bank) came over and identified just about every problem that existed and declared the unit "bad. ". My new phone from Office Depot arrived today. I bought it with the standard Beware of Panasonic products. I will not purchase a Panasonic product again.
As a replacement for my grandmother's problematic mobile phone, I bought this unit. The user needed some thing easy to use, but she also needed the ability to use an answering machine. On both devices, I did find the buttons to be large enough to read at a glance, and there was a beeping sound whenever I pressed them. I had an issue with the ring count when I first set up the answering machine, but it was fairly easy to set it up. With my grandmother's service provider I noticed it was not possible to set the ring count past 4 (how many times the answering machine ring before picking up the call). If you're ready to test the answering machine, call it after setting it up. As well as setting up the one touch buttons, setting up the one touch buttons toward the right was pretty straightforward and simple. It could even speak whose call it was if it could if the volume on the ring was loud enough. It was easy to make calls on both devices, and the speaker phone was loud and clear. One thing that I find to be negative about myself is. There are a lot of settings on the device that are hard to navigate, It is currently not possible to turn on the backlight of the device all the time. Some times, it can be difficult to read in the wrong light, and for older people it can be difficult When the display can be lit up, they may not even be able to see what's on it. As a whole, the results were not very good. The phone is easy to use and easy to program phone numbers, which is ideal for the elderly.
The thing is a total waste of space. The reviews were so disappointing based on the past experiences. On both the speaker and handset, the connection and sound are terrible. When I am at home making conference calls, the sound quality on my phone is significantly better than my laptop.
I'd rate it excellent Nothing to worry about. On the hand set, I would like there to be an option to turn off the ringer Turn it down, not just turn it off.
Due to an older person living with me who is technically challenged, I need to keep paying for home phone service and use a phone that has an answering machine, speaker, etc. That's why prior AT&T customers weren't happy with the product and they left. As the phone system with those things suddenly stopped answering calls for no apparent reason and was out of warranty, I searched for a replacement. Since these things are becoming relics, there wasn't as much of a selection as before, so I tried two Models of your technology. phone did not come with a speakerphone when it first arrived. My expectation was that each new design phone would include a speakerphone, but it does not since he has to have a speakerphone. As a next step, I bought a more expensive version of this laptop This tech includes an answering system on a console and a speakerphone. I had a problem with the answering machine. It would not work and there would be an echo feedback when I talked As a result, I spent more money and went with Panasonic, which has proven to be my tried and true favorite over the years that I should have chosen All of the functions that are part of this phone system work efficiently and audio quality is great. Instead of wasting time and energy ordering it in the first place, I should have just ordered it.
I ordered this item and it came already opened since it appeared to have previously been opened I sold it. It was a matter of minutes before I got on the phone with Amazon and they immediately addressed the issue and sent me an address label(yes I had to travel to the UPS store) so I could send the other one back free of charge and they sent me another phone the same day. Last night was like that. Earlier this morning, I took the phone to my 86-year-old mother's house, where I set it up for her birthday. I found setting it up to be pretty simple- As a result of doing so many things, she sometimes feels a bit overwhelmed, but it is good. My mother has no trouble seeing the display because it is big and adjustable on the base, and she can hear a voice telling her when a call is coming in, and the ringer is loud so no longer does she have trouble hearing it. In addition to looking nice, it also performs well. The phone is still going strong despite being as old as I remember it being and I think this is the 20th anniversary model of it- Even though I am tempted to get this one for myself, it is so pretty! The quality seems to be good and I hope my mom could use it for years to come. I can only comment on how easy it was to set up, how easy it was to hear, how easy it was to view the display, and that it looks great!.
